Our 2 bed premium was well-designed. The duplex units are actually two units - a one-bed studio with balcony upstairs, and a one-bed apartment downstairs with kitchen/lounge and patio/garden, There’s a staircase just inside main door leading to upstairs unit and then a further door to downstairs unit - we just left the 2 inner doors open which meant we had access to both units and it just felt like one whole apartment with an upstairs and downstairs- it was perfect.

Bar closed at 10pm, it would have been nice to be able to get a drink after getting back from having a meal out

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which had everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen. The complex has 3 pools, a pool bar and restaurant but also a supermarket thus you can simply get a drink from the supermarket and enjoy it on the sunbed by the pool. Location is really good, close to the meloneras beach and a 10-15 min walking distance from the lighthouse and dunes. That area is full with restaurants, bars, shopping centers and more. Great value for money

There were some signs of wear and tear in the apartment especially the pans and pots, but nothing too bad.

We loved and highly recommend CayBeach! Aside from the very charming and spacious Bungalows with sunbeds and terrace, there were many pools available to choose where to swim and tan (they also offer towels for the pool with a 10€ deposit which you get back when you give them back)😌 Additionally, we were surprised about the minimarket and arcade room available next to the room where we got drinks, snacks and other necessities and played a round of air hockey😍 But our favorite was the dinner buffets! With an amazing price/quality ratio, it presented such a wide variety of food options and the menu changed everyday!

The location is a little further from Maspalomas center to which you have to walk around 20min to get to the Faro de Maspalomas, but the location was still perfect for us because we were going to Expomeloneras congress hall where we only had to cross the road to get to! Also the location was not really a handicap because there is a Taxi station at around 6-8min down from the hotel to take you anywhere you need👍🏼

The ground floor apartment, with front terrace across the swimming pool, spacious,well utilize, very clean.A good size swimming pool very clean and well maintained , plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. During the evening, nice and quiet . The beds very comfortable and the pillows nice and soft. The location is ideal , short walk to Playa Melonares and the Maspalonas Faro and promenade. Short walking distance to Mercadona for food shopping if self catering or a good stock minimarket at the Caybeach resort.

Property was nice, it was clean, pool area nice and always sunbeds available. Location was great, our superior double room was the best, balcony facing the sea, sunny all day.

First night we had dinner at the hotel buffet. Overcooked meat and fish, undelicious and we did not return. Breakfast was good but dinner did not impress.

We had a great stay the one bedroom apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The on site supermarket was very hand. We also had breakfast in the restaurant a few morning which was very nice. It is a very quite and safe site but also very close to restaurants and the beach.

Very friendly staff and clean apartment. Also food was better than 15 years ago when we stayed here last time. The supermarket inside the hotel is also well equipped and prices are not sky high like sometimes could be in similar shops.

I was longing for heated pools but it's all right.

The hotel is a set of several mini apartments, also equipped with a kitchen. Although we did not really use it, it is a great addition, if one wants to save on the food. Breakfast was great, always with a variety of choices, also fresh juices, fruits and veggies. I especially liked our terasse, as well as the hotel's pool and bar, where one night even a concert from an amazing abba cover band was organized for the hotel guests. The hotel even has a washing/drying room and a supermarket in the basement.

The only negative point is that the hotel stuff did not want to make a call for us to reserve a dolphin search trip. Instead they only wanted to reserve it with their partners, which was a complete scam.

Excellent breakfast, fantastic choice. Some special treats (not every day)- smoked salmon, serrano ham and sparking wine. Everyday there was cooked, cereals, yogurts, fruits, pastries etc etc

Clean nice place. We had the final room in the whole area so it was quiet and away from people and noisy pool. Really liked the balcony which was just next to hotel own padel court what we used with my girlfriend.
