Modern ,spacious apartment with separate living room and separate kitchen- lots of wardrobe space. Good location near edge of old town near main route so easy to find and drive there. Secure car park below building..We expected to pay for parking in the city but they give a discount to guests of the hotel. Cafe and bar on site if needed. Friendly staff at reception. City stays are often noisy but they gave us a quieter room and the windows reduced noise of traffic. It was hot whilst we were there and no Air Con. However the staff provided a good quality fan - so problem solved. I was pleasantly surprised at the size and quailty of the apartment and the facilites of the building given the reasonable price we paid for a city centre apartment. They even had a laundry service.

The room was large and comfortable. We had our little 4 legged kid with us and they have given us co tact details of a nearby vet which was less than 5min walk away that was surely a plus sign as we needed the vet to get some paper work done to get home. Having parking right underneath you connected to the hotel lift was lovely. It is not bang in the center but at least not too far.

The morning receptionist was quiet cold and looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there. Could be because it was a feast so don't blame her completely. There was no air conditioning and we had to open the window as it was hot and we could hear the party goers till the early of the morning

The location is excellent for getting to the city centre, as well as for getting on buses to other cities. The rooms are spacious and well ventilated. The main king-size bed was quite comfortable.

Although the king-size bed was quite comfortable, we would have preferred single beds instead. The sofa-bed in the living room was very uncomfortable as a bed. There was no enough space in the wardrobes to put away our clothes for four days. The master bedroom lacked any wardrobe, and there is space for it.

Hotel is clean and nice, spacious, good value for money. Great location

Breakfast is very basic, need to think of a variety. On booking, staff should warn about road works, sleeping was very difficult with the terrible noise. Couldn't find AC. While I was having an important zoom call (using my own internet by the way )in the lobby, staff reprimanded for loud speaking , I understand that may have been disturbing, but the tone of the reprimand( loud shouting from the reception to the lobby) was not nice.

The hotel had superb large comfortable rooms/suites at a very reasonable cost furnished with good cotton sheets and generous sized white towels and being within 1.1 kilometres from the train station as well as 600 meters from the cathedral/old town which all added to an excellent experience for both tourists or business executives.

Pity the council was replacing the gardens outside the hotel during our stay but the double glazing of the hotel windows dampened the noise.

It's at the edge of what you'd call "city centre" - perfect location if you want to explore Oviedo on foot. Excellent restaurants nearby. The apartment is basic, but I wouldn't ask for more. Clean and rather welcoming. It had a kitchenette, we didn't use it but I assume it could be excellent for some visitors. The price was very good, even for a 3* hotel, very good value for money in my opinion. It has its own underground parking, entrance right around the corner but it's around 10 EUR a day. 15-20 minutes walk from the railway station, for those who travel by train.

I can't really complain about something specific.

Great location - just a ten minute walk into the centre of the old town. Good facilities nearby. Excellent selections of bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was really clean and well equipped. Lovely, helpful staff too.

The property was great but the noise from traffic and roadworks directly outside the building when the windows were open was a bit of a headache. To be fair we couldn't hear a thing when the windows were closed.

The location was superb due to it's proximity to the old city, places of interest and restaurants and bars. The breakfast at 10 euro each was generous and tasty with a good range. The unit is sufficiently spacious. The reception staff were helpful and warm

It would be good if they had a little milk in the fridge, and salt, pepper, cooking oil and coffee. Also a jug for boiling water for tea and coffee would be good. We used the saucepan

The location is excellent; a short walk from the old city. Having a car park below the hotel is a great bonus. The apartment is well-equipped and it was good to have the extra space that allows. There’s a pleasant cafe on the ground floor. The lift worked well, right down to the car park. It was good value. All in all, thoroughly recommended!

The TV channels were almost all in Spanish, but then we were in Spain! Some had poor connectivity though and the internet was slightly erratic. The decor is quite bland. But these are minor issues. It’s a good place.

Amazing value. I had a large, comfortable bedroom, a luxurious bathroom, a comfortable lounge with balcony and sun lounger and a kitchen. If I'd been told that it cost £300 a night I wouldn't have been surprised - but it only cost £55! Breakfast and parking were extra but not expensive and the underground garage was accessed by the hotel lifts. Friendly and helpful staff and a central location.
