The galletas de choco sabrosas y cortesía, gracias, the shower water pressure was excellent (pulverizador) for me, it was the best feature combinado con la ubicación. The WiFi for work was bien fuerte, obrigado. The staff spoke Spanish, which was great, she was very attentive and the check-in was speedy. Overall great stay, right next door (2 minutes walk) to the ALSA bus station for my bus to Bilbao. Directly next door, best location. Also, about a 10-minute walk (away from Bus station) to COALLA 1955, which is like a tienda de comestibles como queso y vino y jamón ibérico y galletas de coco, y Marañuelas típicos de Asturias, y bebidas 🫂

They told me the cork screw was in the minibar, but it was not. Not in the room. I had brought some glass-bottle kombucha, pero no había nada de abrebotellas como me han dicho, pero bueno problemas de primer mundo, neh.

The hotel was on a busy intersection in the town but the double glazing was very good and you couldn't hear any traffic noise in the bedroom. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and spacious. Beds were comfy. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Lots of restaurants and bars close by for dinner.

Getting to the underground car park was difficult and we thought the charge for parking was too high. Although breakfast was good the coffee was not - really disappointing!! The shower was good but irratic - at times the water turned very hot.

This had a great location within easy walking distance to the centre . Marta on reception was exceptional . She was really friendly and gave us lots of information .

Rooms at the front are noisy . Breakfast was really busy with only one coffee machine working . It was very challenging for the staff who were working really hard to make everything run as smooth as possible .

The staff did not know anything about Taxicamino servicios al Peregrino en el Camino Primitivo which was very disappointing. Taxicamino can be located at www.taxicamino.es or phone 0034 608689179. I strongly recommend that front line staff are made aware of this for pilgrims.

We encountered difficulties with our motorcycle and had to have it repaired,this meant we were unsure if we would be able to leave or not on our check out date,the staff went above and beyond,( due to the language barrierthey phoned the motorcycle workshop and booked us in,and allowed us to check out later,once our problem was resolved. They took a lot of stress out of a stressful situation. Fot that i thank them...

The location was amazing. The room size and bed were stunning.

The breakfast did not have as many options as expected. The breakfast did not have any options for vegetarians or vegans. The lack of ventilation in the bathroom was an obvious issue for humidity problems in the bathroom

Good location, easy to find by car. The parking under the hotel was very good with plenty of space to park. We booked a suite which was huge but very tired, needs modernising, although it was comfortable. The terrace was also enormous but the furniture was very poor and limited. Breakfast was good value.

Staff were extremely helpful and the hotel location is easy access to the bus. Easy walk to the town center

Because it isn’t in the center it would be great to have a bar to sit and have wine

The staff were super helpful & friendly. I was upgraded to a junior suite which was huge, comfortable, clean & well appointed. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful. WiFi was free.

The cafeteria & room service were unavailable during my stay.

Very clean. Very well situated next to Oviedo Bus and Train Station. Good access for centre as well. Very efficient, friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room, pleasantly presented. Comfortable beds.
