The location was great. The staff was super pleasant and helpful. It was very hot with no a/c but obviously we knew the room we booked had no a/c so we were totally fine with that. The reception area was very inviting and a nice place to sit to cool off. We were there with our 4 year old and it was fine even with no elevator our boy is a trooper. The room was clean the bathroom had great water pressure and we were provided a fan. The price to value was spot on. We chatted with the owner not even knowing he was the owner and the lady working the counter was friendly and even recommended a few places to eat.

Everything!! Location.. 1 min to Beach..around the corner from bus to Palma..2 mins from bus to Palma Airport!! Friendly, accommodating staff. Immaculately clean with rooms cleaned every day.Boiling hot water and powerful shower was amazing. Easily accessible when arriving outwith Reception opening hours. Lovely reception area with great ambiance. we had to wait hours for our flight and we’re kindly offered a comfortable area to sit in with access to toilets and a shower. Great value for the money!

Loved Everything

We have been staying at the Hostal for already the second time. The location is brilliant, the personnel is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are not big but cosy. Despite being situated in El Arenal and in a relative proximity to the Bierkönig, it's quiet in the hotel at night. We are looking forward to staying at Tierramar again.

We didn't have many demands from our stay but this place was positively beyond our expectations. Staff and owners have been very welcoming and understanding to our needs and requests, such as a cot in our room and availability for a late check out. The structure and the common spaces are extremely peaceful with lots of attention to details and decors. It was a lovely stay.

The building do not have a lift. But we could use the staircase as a storage for our kid's pram. Overall It wasn't really an issue.

The staff is very attentive, flexible and kind. The breakfast selection is small but fine for the price. They are kid friendly. We felt quite safe and we checked in very late at night and it was not a problem. They had everything ready for us.

The mattresses and the pillows are not so comfortable.

I really like the location and personal and cleaning servis. The personal is helpful and nice anytime you need - will help you with absolutely anything. The location it's so amazing just by the beach and by the most party area ever ( mostly german and dutch people - forget to talk in spanish 😃) and the cleaning servis so good - every day if you ask will clean your room and give you clean towel.

the noise, but it is in the centre and many guests coming and going throughout the night, some guests were coming home 3-4am and still very noisy. I was offered to change room as a result of the noise level.

It is very close to the beach,5 minutes to walk! It's very clean,good free wifi! very friendly staff! they printed us some papers,they call taxi for us! you can rent towels and cool boxes for beach at the reception! Very easy contactles check in,you get the access code from the back door to get to the room if you arive outside the opening reception hours!

There was two one person beds! A Little unconfortable,it would be better to have a double bed! The first two nights was very noisy in neighboring room, they came drunk and made a lot of noise betwen 3:00-5:00 clock! But after they left, it was quiet!

I think i reality the hostal is better than on the photos. The personnel was very nice! Clean room with balcony, AC and I could see a small piece of the sea. Just in 1 min from the one of the best beaches. Shops and restaurants are also in a few min. Bus stop is close to the hotel, but the bus system is not the best thre, so better rent a car.

There were no much noice in hotel itself, but as the hotel is close to the main road with bars and restaurants which are open till 4am, it is a bit noisy. But you should chose between silence and 1 min from the beach. I was sleeping with earplugs and it was ok.

The staff is very kind. We arrived in Palma after 00:00 and we were able to check in without a problem, although the reception is not open 24 hours. We communicated excellently with the host and he gave us a check-in code. I appreciate a lot! The location is excellent, the terrace is large, you can see the beach.
