The hotel is very nice place and good location. The breakfast is delicious. But the dinner we had not too much option, but it’s not bad. Thanks for all. Ps: thanks for my birthday cake! ☺️

We did not liked the cleaning, because none the lady never mop ou hoovered the room for take all dirty. Happened one day we needed to go reception to get loo paper. 🙈🙈

the location is great. perfect for the beach

there are a lot of young groups who return to their rooms in the early hours and make a lot of noise!

The location was fantastic, easy to get around and plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the area. Directly across from the beach, beautiful views from my balcony. The roof top bar with the pool was beautiful, pool was smaller than I expected but the beach is literally across the road so no need for a big pool anyway. The selection of buffet food for breakfast and dinner was fantastic. Plenty to choose from and tasty.

The room was basic, there was no kettle, I was able to get one but I had to pay a deposit for it, same for the tv remote but I didn’t bother getting that as I was informed all the stations were in German. It would have been nice if there was a blanket in the room, while it was hot when I was there, I felt a sheet was just not enough at night time - I’m sure I could have asked for one but I didn’t. You have to pay for the drinks with your dinner, I asked for a coffee one night and was just told I couldn’t have a coffee, so I drank my own water that I had in my bag but was told that I couldn’t do that and was asked to put it away.

Roof top bar was excellent! Very generous drinks and good value for money (The best sangria around) Good location close to the beach.

To long wait for the lift. Food wasn't the best, drinks not included at dinner (had to pay for them). If you hired a car it's a job to find parking space for it.

Great location, so close to beach and shops. 35 mins bus journey into Palma costing €2 per person. Loads of lovely restaurants around. Staff very helpful. Room extremely clean, beds made and towels changed every day. Pools very clean and views amazing. We had such a good stay. After check out, we could leave our luggage in a room, use pool and facilities all day and have a shower before we went to the airport. Couldn’t fault it.

Could do with another lift!!

The room was really nice and the view on the sea from the balcony was stunning. The staff was really helpful and kind. Location of the hotel is really good, just by the beach and several restaurants and shops, it's easy to go to Palma with the bus at a couple of steps of the hotel doors 👍

Every night, there was a smell coming from the shower due to people showering back from the beach so the sand was smelly, but there is nothing we could do about it (maybe having a spray for odours in the bathroom?).

The view on a beach from the hotels skybar, while sipping on piňa-colada was amazing. Hotel was clean, working microwave and stove. It was all how i expected it to be, except the hotel view, that was really cool.

Noisy Germans, prices near the beach are "crazy" altho inside the city it got a little better. There was no pilsner urquel, only estrella and other B tier beers.

The location is great - literally across the road from the beach. The food was also great - better than expected with lots of variety. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, especially in the restaurant. Relaxed atmosphere. Big TV in the room with quite a few channels. There is a bus stop a few meters away with very frequent buses to the airport and Palma (only 2 Euros)

You get what you pay for and as we only paid £280 for 2 people for 5 days, half board we didn't expect a flashy room. Our room was small with a tiny balcony looking out onto other tiny balconies. I asked if there were any sea views available and they did check but there were none. If I went back I would pay extra for this.

Wonderful hotel, everything you need for a budget holiday. Great value for money. Breakfast amazing, so much choice.Towels changed everyday and the TV is huge. Shower amazing and beds comfortable. 3 swimming pools, one on roof with a bar and great views.

Only 2 English Channels on a huge TV no privacy on balcony in our room. Very difficult to navigate around hotel. Lots of stairs and lifts. Breakfast gets busy after 8.30am in peak times. No kettle, tea and coffee facilities in our room. But available to rent kettle from reception

The location of this hotel is with beautiful views of the beach and the sea. Hotel is very clean and staff are very helpful and friendly. The Sky Bar with roof top solarium and pool were nice and there’s also another area with a very lovely pool and beautiful view of the beach

Rooms are really not like they are in the photos. Very dated. Very basic. You have to pay to hire a kettle and also for your safety deposit box. The worst thing has to be the smell from the drains in the bathroom. Especially when you have been out all day. But hey it cost us £300 for a week, so more than worth the money for one week!
