The staff is amazing, the location is good,close to bus station and near the beach. The breakfast is good.

The only thing that should be approved is the cleaning. I think thw building is a bit old which makes it look a bit dirty, I think they would make it better if they improve these things. Other than that I dont know why people are complaining. The dishes at the restaurant might have water but they are clean maybe just not well dried, maybe they should also work on that. But the food is good and tasty.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional value for money at this hotel. Despite being a 3-star establishment, it surpassed my expectations. While it's important to adjust expectations based on the hotel's rating, this establishment went above and beyond. I booked the most basic room and was delighted to be given a sea view. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful. The breakfasts and dinners were more than satisfactory, with a delightful array of delicious dishes, desserts, and the option of wine or beer with dinner. Overall, I left feeling very content with my experience!

Not the first line from the sea. But still go not far to the water - 3-5 minutes by foot

The hotel provided an excellent experience with its outstanding breakfast and impeccably clean rooms. The spaciousness of the accommodations was particularly impressive. I am eager to plan another visit.

The hotel excelled in offering a superb breakfast and maintaining exceptionally clean and spacious rooms. However, the limited breakfast hours and the hour-long wait for check-in at midnight, especially with a baby, were inconveniences. Despite these issues, I am still considering a return visit.

The fact that the all inclusive didn't include unlimited alcohol

Location a few blocks uphill set back from marina & beaches ⛱️ very pleasant staff , nice chillaxed vibe everywhere.. lovely, tasty food with good variety , great salads & fresh fruit , nice peaceful rooftop pool [with zero blaring music]

A big 'MLL' painted or lit-up sign up up on the top block of the hotel would be fab as it was very hard to find at midnight! There should be hand sanitizers around the hotel, particularly in the dining area along with disposable plastic gloves for handling the food serving utensils on the buffet & readily available serviettes to use as a lot of hotels do in Portugal. Also jugs of water on each table would be a bonus at dinner.

Have to say for what I paid for a 5 nights all inclusive. You wouldn't get a studio apartment for the price. The food was pretty good., always plenty of choice to choose from.

The fact one lift kept breaking down for the length of my stay. Putting hugh pressure on guest trying to get to and from their rooms. Surely it should be sorted pronto especially as it was high season

I was 3rd time in this hotel and I can say that I'm very satisfied with this place, that is close to the beach. Hotel provides very good standards for any kind of stay. It was easy to travel to Palma and also other interesting destinations on the island from this location. The beach nearby is also very nice with palms and long promenade with lot of restaurants, bars and shops.

I would only appreciate if the hotel has some fitness gym, but this is not important as far as there are many possibilities for other activities.

Was clean and tidy all the hotel staff was helpful and friendly no problems at all with English language . I will recommend for everybody who looking for nice hotel for good price also food with all inclusive was brilliant and tasty

Location was brilliant. 5 mins walk to the beach. Plenty of options for breakfast. 2 pools. Plenty of local shops. Everyone takes card.

4 lifts but only 2 working. At this price did expect a fridge. Surprised to pay for the security box. But found out that's standard. There's no currency exchange.
