this was my second stay, except this time I forgot my prized walking poles when I left. the lovely reception staff arranged for them to be couriered to Santiago 500km away and they arrived beautifully wrapped in perfect condition the next day, in good time for my next walk to finisterre!! couldn’t be happier.

Hotel is in a great location with its own car park. €20 per day. The reception was very welcoming and the dining area well presented. Rooms are like mini suites with separate seating area and bedroom. Breakfast was very nice.

Unfortunately there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Also we were travelling with a dog and the fee was €30 a night. I did ask before booking about the dog. The reply was okay but no mention of charges. When I mentioned this on checking in the fee was waived. Good customer service. Don’t mind paying a small fee to cover extra cleaning etc.

Lovely Hotel, pleasant helpful staff, clean comfortable room. Receptionist was extremely helpful locating & repatriating our "lost" friend who couldn't find the hotel.

Got lost in the hotel more than once! struggled to find reception, breakfast room & garage. Also went wrong way down my room corridor & descended a flight of stairs with holes in the treads! (assuming fire escape) no Tea & Coffee making facilities. Despite only taking 2 car spaces in the underground car park, we were still charged parking fees for 5 motorcycles.

The location was perfect, direct in the city center with the parking underneath the hotel. The Hotel was very dog-friendly, although the dog couldn't be with us in the breakfast room (which was perfectly alright, not everybody are dog-lovers and it is great that they have clear rules). The service was great and everybody was very very friendly!

Very hard to think about something that was not so good. If I had to mention something at all, for my personal tast the brekfast buffet could have had mor egg-options (like fried eggs or omlet), but to be honest we didn't even ask for it; I guess because they were soo friendly, I bet they would have made me special eggs if I just would have asked for.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Pamplona and the Reception staff - everyone we met over our 3 day stay - was SO kind, helpful and genuinely friendly.

I would just say that for the room price - and also to make the common areas more lively with guests - breakfast should've been included for all rooms. They have a gorgeous breakfast room but no one seemed to enjoy it I think because it was so much more expensive than a cafe just outside the hotel would've been. That's a shame because it's a wonderful common space!

Perfect location in the old city, parking under the hotel with vallet service (the car you only need when you go outside the city). Staff was so nice and went out of there way to make us feel welcome and share lots of tips about what to visit, where to eat etc. Comfortable beds and good airco. Fresh sumptuous breakfast and amaizing cocktails at night (not to miss!)

Would be nice if the bar in hotel would be also open Sundays and Mondays :)

Staff at reception and on the door during fiesta were very good. Rooms clean and beds good. The location is good for the fiesta as it is in a relatively quiet corner of the old town, but only a short walk to the centre. The bar set up on the ground floor and the dining area in the capella were very good.

Charging for soft drinks from the minibar when paying such a premium price for a very small room is a bit much. Bottled water and coffee/tea maker in the room should be standard too.

The hotel is in a fairly quiet location. Check-in was quick and the guy that we dealt with was very nice and helpful. There is a lift to the upper floor. Our room was quiet, good temperature, and a good size. Everything is clean. The bed was large and comfortable with good pillows. The shower was a good size with ample supply of hot water and with good power. Most of the attractions are within easy read from the hotel.

Unless you're willing to pay a heafty fee to the hotel, parking is impossible nearby. We had to park at the opposite side of the river, downhill, away from the town centre. However, it didn't turn out as bad as we had anticipated. There is nothing much in the hotel itself or around it. However, within a few minutes walk, there are some nice places to have a drink. Seeing some documents about the barbaric Pamplona bull run was a bit disturbing. This is 2023, not 1623. Nice, but a bit pricey for what it is.

The location on top of the hill above the old town is great. A few steps down and you get to the cool alleys, plazas and the panoramic sunset spot. We enjoyed the small adventure of getting there by car. Google/TomTom points through the pedestrian area.. but, with a little on-board help from the amazing local people we got there OK. The super friendly reception staff, led us in perfect time to the pinchos train of La Estafeta. Really looking forward to return!
