amazing location, good breakfast

i was aware that some facilities are adults only, but according to the information on booking.com “children of age 13 years old and above are considered adults at this property”. Could not even sit on the upper terrace with my 13 old daughter or use pools (only one pool is allowed to use for kids). There was no view from our room (balcony) just a fence.

The location is excellent. the pool side area and the beach, which is easily accessible are very nice. breakfast area and breakfast options are lovely. rooms are beautiful with sea view.

limited availability of spa treatments due to staff being on leave. gym not available even to older children (e.g. 14-18). some of the room towels are really old and broken and need replacing.

Lovely location , plenty of space both inside and out. Beautiful sea side location with views across the bay & direct sea access.

The rooms were quite hot at night , the aircon was t quite cool enough

Dogs around the pool .. a no no . No staff enforcing the rules posted around the pool , warning that No dogs are allowed in the area. So called A la Carte Restaurant, basically sea facing poolside coffee shop ,very poor . Greasy food and most of the time cold food .To be avoided .The patio area needs a good clean Deck chairs loungers need a good scrub.. Toilets facilities around the pool do not have proper locks .

I liked the view, the pool area, the privacy and the breakfast. The shuttle to and from Peguera was also very nice. Also you couldn't reserve the sun or balinese beds, which was very nice. There was always room near the pool.

The corridors smelled a little bad, there could have been more atmosphere.

It was clean, modern and offer everything you needed, car hire and a shuttle to the local town. The location was stunning - one of the best secluded coves on the island. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our honeymoon magical. Definitely opt for a SEA VIEW room we decided to upgrade once we had arrived and sitting on the balcony for sunrise over looking the bay was magical.

Nothing. It was all outstanding- we did wish they offered full board but that’s hardly a complaint the lunch bar on roof top was perfect for snacking throughout the day.

The hotel was excellent, clean , relaxing, excellent breakfast with a huge variety to choose from and friendly staff. Very comfortable loungers and the food from the bar was excellent. Very easy access to the sea. The shuttle timings were good except could of had an extra one after 6pm. Would definitely visit the hotel again but would get a car to travel during the day. It had amazing views and crystal clear waters meters from the hotel for swimming or snorkeling.

Tv could not be connected to phone or ipad. The shuttle left when it had passengers and we missed it twice even though we were at the collect point at the time specified on the information sheet. Buffet in the evening could have catered a little more to teens/kids palette.The nearest town was a bit repetitive in what it had to offer. Seemed to have very little authentic majorcan food or shops.

Great location. Great views. Great breakfast. Great pools and sun beds. The regular shuttle to and from Paguera is a nice touch too.

We tried the buffet one evening. My wife enjoyed it but I was a bit underwhelmed. Probably my fault for choosing badly though. The only other thing would be the bed, we both thought it was really firm, so if you like a squashy bed, this might not please you.

Location, staff, amazig view from the room. Beds are very comfortable. Clean and smell good. Food both breakfast and dinner are excellent.

Bathroom was poorly designed. Washing basin is only 1 foot wide ! No light above shower . The whole room was poorly lit. Had shower in the dark. No water barrier from the shower cubicle and we had to use the towel roll as a dam. I cannot blame the staff for that since it is the faulty design. I only wish that they can renovate

If you are looking for serenity - peace, quiet and relax, this is an amazing place to stay at. The location is very beautiful. The staff was amazing, attentive and welcoming.

There was a smell from the shower drain which only happened days after I checked in. Housekeeping fixed it straight away as soon as I reported it.
