Hotel is really well located with access to Yumbo and bus stops. The beach was a 10 minute walk and a really good supermarket was just across the street. All rooms seem to overlook the street and pool area, the pool is a decent size, not too busy and actually quite quiet for the hotel being on a busy street. Everything i needed for self catering was in my room and the rooms were much bigger than i expected. The staff were very friendly and collecting my keys from the lock box when i arrived at night was very easy. The free WiFi worked fine for me too. The TV in the room was a smart TV which was able to mirror my phone to play music and watch films on, which was really useful. The rooms have no air conditioning but if you leave the balcony door open and the bedroom window there was always a nice breeze. I would say this hotel really is value for money on room, facilities and location.

Overall, this is a fantastic spot to stay. So close to the yumbo centre, however, with the bedroom to the rear of the property, there is no nighttime noise affecting sleep. The accommodation is great in size, plenty of room. If you want to go 'out and out' self catering, it's maybe lacking a little with utensils, but didn't affect my stay. Whilst the pool faces on to the road, it is relatively quiet to lie out. Good size pool too. There is a gym which is reasonably equipped for it's size, however, not always open. I'm sure staff, if around would open it on request.

The only niggle is that it's not always staffed at reception. So on arrival, I had to ring to get a code to open a key safe in reception to get a key for my room. No big deal if you're aware that may happen. A couple arrived same time as me and were a bit panicked as they weren't aware this may happen. It was a couple of days before I could get a WiFi code, might have been an idea to leave the details in the room for my arrival. No one on reception on my departure day, however, the maintaince staff did take keys and store bag securely for a couple of hours before my collection, so, if you're aware that you may have to do this, then I think it takes away that worry. It's not a big niggle if you're aware of it. Other than that, I definitely would recommend this property!

The property is in a fantastic location and handy for all local centres, and especially the beach. We think it has plenty space for 2 - 4 guests with the sofa bed of good size. With just two of us, we had so much room. The balcony is a sun trap and is glorious all day long in the sun along woth the pool. Staff were on hand to assist with any issues and we thank them for that and their pleasant nature!

There was little to not like about the property. The gym is no longer there (unless it has just been moved but no obvious signs). The property would be enhanced by way of an iron and maybe a washing machine like similar properties located within the complex.

We arrived early, out of check in hours, but the staff helped us collecting the keys and getting in the room. During our stay it was always easy to communicate with people working there, and they helped with all our requests. The rooms are accessible also for people with slight mobility problems. The location is super, I wanted to book something close to Yumbo center, and the accommodation is literally just across the street. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are all walking distance, and the beach is just a bit over 1 km (3280 ft)

There is free internet connection in the rooms, but not too strong, so we often had to switch to our mobile network. The cleaners are really friendly and do their best to make our stay comfortable, but the room wasn't always spotless. There was no big issue and we could totally live with it.

Apartments are clean, pretty modern with sunny balconies. Location is very close to the Yumbo and staff are friendly/helpful. Cleaner comes most days (this stay it was every day). The price is very good value for the area. The complex is well maintained.

Honestly, nothing significant to dislike for me, I have stayed here multiple times over the last year and it works for me. The property is located on a fairly busy road and in a busy area, but it’s quiet at night and no problem with noise inside the apartments.

The friendly warm welcome to the establishment from receptionist Deserei started off my time at the hotel with great excitement and anticipation. On entering the apartment I had a slight issue with the key. Deserei was right up to sort it out. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a breakfast or light lunch. Spoiled for choice with bars, restaurants and shops with it being in close proximity to the famous Yumbo centre complex. Bus stop is also across the street for connecting you with the many surrounding beaches. Playa del ingles beach is a short walk also. So to summarise LAS GACELAS is an excellent base for your sunshine trip to Playa del Ingles.

Unfortunately this time of the year repairs and refurbishment takes place. There was on occasion early morning circular saw noise that goes right through you !. Bathroom bit dated shower screen broken. However a pleasant stay. Would I stay here again ? . ABSOLUTELY..

Easy check in process, even though I arrived before 2 pm I was allowed to check in early as the room was ready. The apartment was very clean and airy. the street outside can be quite noisy during the day but it does not disturb your sleep as the bedroom faces the back of the property and away from the street. Bed was very comfortable, I slept well every night and I had all I needed for breakfast with kettle , toaster and microwave.the shower was great and the room was cleaned regularly. The pool was really nice, with plenty of sun loungers for guests. The property is in a great location, approx 15 min walk to playa del ingles beach and the Yumbo centre with all its shops, bars and restaurants is literally 2 min walk. Lots of buses pass nearby and I took some nice trips to Mogan and Puerto Rico without any issues, buses run every 20 mins. The 66 bus to and from the airport is a 1 min walk. Overall I really enjoyed my stay, it was great value and I will book again later in the year. Gracias, y hasta en septiembre :)

Always spotlessly clean and a great location. The staff are so happy and friendly. It's a fairly basic hotel but has everything you need for a good stay. Kitchen has kettle, toaster, and a ground coffee machine. Large shower and bathroom. The bed is huge (2 singles) and very comfortable. Overall the apartment is large with nice balconies overlooking the pool and road. A great area for people watching. Relatively quiet during the day and normally very quiet at nighttime.

Hot water didn't last as long as it used to. During hotter months, there is no AC so can be a bit hot.

The location is fantastic, the apartments are reasonably basic but not bad. Seam to have had a decent amount of repairs since I last stayed here just after COVID.

Part time reception and only a night porter on weekends which I felt wasn't great. They should put a key code entry on the front gate rather than a key and should get the garden lights on at night it's far too dark.

Everything was great . Good sunbeds , heated pool , large comfy bed , great location near the Jumbo , Nice sunny balcony overlooking the pool. Reception very helpful. We wanted to stay here in November again , but they are booked up . We had a nice shower and plenty of hot water.
