Fantastic location - right across the road from a huge beach, which is very impressive itself. Literally, few seconds from the back door and you are on the beach. Road itself is not busy, so there is no noise or discomfort at all. There is ample amount of sunbeds on the territory of the hotel. Beach towels are nice & of good quality. Very good breakfast/dinner buffets with good variety of food. Special "yum award" to paella and ice cream. Lovely pool & jacuzzi. The room is good & very clean, has everything you need: kettle, fridge, nice beds, memory foam pillows, blankets, sofa & table for tea time. Huge terrace with table and chairs overlooking the ocean. There is a bus stop 2 min from the hotel, if you need to go to the airport or another town. Please note, that you can't exchange currency at the hotel, will need to go to the town. However, you can hire a car from the hotel. Stress and search free, nevertheless, be ready to pay more than via internet. Puerto del Carmen is great location for the holiday, we noticed it to be warmer and less windy comparing to Playa Blanca. We enjoyed our stay and the hotel.

The All Inclusive was great. The food and drink were of good quality. Branded drinks Bells Whisky, Gordons Gin if you ask for them at the bars. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is only 15 mins walk from the main centre area, and go the opposite way to quieter Matagorda. Rear gate for access to the beach is handy. The hotel rooms and grounds are immaculate and kept to a very clean standard. Bedding changed and towels always replenished. 1 litre bottle of water replenished every day this was a nice touch.

If I am being very harsh drinking beer or spirits from the poolside in plastic cups I'm not keen on. But I totally understand the rule for this and agree with this . Actually find it hard to find something about the hotel that I don't like.

Amazing hotel, we went all inclusive and food was absolutely amazing. Every evening there was a different menu. We have 11 year old twins and 5 year old. Entertainment for kids not amazing but it definitely made up for it with everything else. Only €5 for family of 5 to get to peurto del Carmen in taxi or we walked a lot of the time. Beautiful pools, heated jacuzzi and gym open at 8am. Beach across the road, we could see it from our room. We will definitely be back.

Wi-fi useless indoors on second floor, worked on balcony but still very slow.

Nice big room, great location 2 minutes away from the beach and 10 from Puerto del Carmen, perfect pool area with sunbeds. We were able to enjoy our holiday until the very last minute. 15 minute drive from the airport.

Staff seemed to forget things, for example explaining pool towels rental, shampoo and soap refills, sometimes the room coffee cups were washed by the house keepers, sometimes they weren't. Breakfast could be improved, there were basically no sweet options compared to all the cheese and cold cuts available. Also, sometimes there was no indication of what was on the buffet, making me refrain from tasting something. Little things, but not expected in a 4 star hotel.

I have never been to a hotel outside the uk as spotlessly clean as this, it was immaculate!

The rooms were a good size. Great facilities in room. Big beds with sofa bed option. TV channels were ok. Pool area was nice. Sports facilities were good. Location just right for us. The staff were excellent very helpful. Salad bar selection in restaurant was very good. All inclusive alcohol drinks selections were good. In general all inclusive food choices were good ready available.

Breakfast options. Some days the scrambled eggs and beans were not nice. Plus sausages changed each day with bacon too hard difficult to eat at times. Being charged for tennis rackets despite us being all inclusive. No need for little things like this to be charged.

Great location, nice and helpful staff (Gianny the best), well-maintained and clean premises, good selection of food and "all inclusive" drinks, "real" coffee and lactose-free milk for breakfast, wild parrots that would sit on your hand, sufficient number of sunbeds by the pool (due to strict policy against sunbed blockers), exceptional shower pressure, free kids club.

No hotel-provided beach-side sunbeds/umbrellas (+10,50 per 2 beds and umbrella per day), but this seemed to be the case for all the hotels at Playa de los Pocillos. Amusement machines were a bit old and often broken - would eat your coins for nothing. However, one could get an extra token at the reception for free when asked. We had broken/missing shower U-bend so the bathroom smelled of sewage, but the ventilation was good, so we did not report it.

Excellent location, very easy to park for free a car if you rent one and close to the airport and in the middle of the island (more or less). Room was spacious and clean with nice balcony with sea view. Breakfast and dinner are okay with plenty of choices although the Tex Mex buffet was really great. Pool and jacuzzi is just the right size and we never had issues with noises even if we were just above it.
