Great calm hotel. The room was spacious and with nice views of the beach. The bed was comfortable, shower had strong pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The pool was clean and calm, tasty smoothies at the bar. The restaurant staff is very friendly. The food was good and there was a good variety for dinner.

There was no variety of fresh fruit for breakfast. A few protein items offered for dinner were a bit dry. But overall these were minor things. The hotel is great for a holiday!

The pools were nice but cold but ok once in and you got used to it, Extremely quiet and very relaxing, There was no mad rush for beds and we always found a spot. There was no loud music around the pool. Staff also said inflatables for children were not allowed. However, some people did use this and it was not a problem at all. For the amount of child guests that were there I think they should allow floaties especially as there is a child pool and a good spot to teach children to swim. Apartments are located next to a spa for food shopping and a few restaurants are a bit further walk along the beach and more restaurants could be found.

The wi-fi signal could be so much better. It was very hit and miss and you had to keep connecting for a poor service. We paid an extra 23 euro for wi-fi but it kept cutting out.The cleaners also left the apartment doors wide open after cleaning which we reported to the reception. They apparently told the cleaners about this but it continued to happen 2 times more which was alarming. This should have been a higher priority as we were concerned about people getting in and theft from the property. The kitchen hobs did not heat up properly and need updating as there were no numbers on dial

We were here last year and also this year (this time 3 adults with 2 children). We had breakfast and dinner --> everyone could choose, very tasty. This time we had luck on good room after reconstruction with sea view. Location is very very OK - its only 12minutes by car/taxi from airport. I used to have a walk in this destination, I used to run on the promenade (city is about 4km long) or run to the Arrecife (5km) in the direction to the airport. Very OK sea, beach so big and comfortable, we always paid on the beach for sun-set (unbrella, 2beds) only 10,5eur/day. Next to reception is shop (SPAR), other services, good restaurants, very silent place for staying here, outdoor - all clean, lovely people, good pool. I can recommend to rent a car at CICAR (100% full insurance), good prices and we took electric car (they charged it before) I LIKE THESE APARTMENTS A LOT, everyting is so comfortable

bad wifi all others say (we didnt pay for this, at the reception very slow connection), no air conditional (but this is not a problem. this is the destination when even in July is quite OK and due windy wheather air conditional is not necessary to have. hotel could purchase table tennis with higher quality under or move table to another room as outside is very windy. I would recommend to buy table football.

Lovely hotel. Apartments were very big, we had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was enough room for 5 of us , bigger than expected, nice balcony with sea view. Lovely location, right a cross the road from the beach, bit out of the main strip but walkable in about 20 minutes or a taxi for 5 euro. Pool was lovely, roof top solerium was a nice surprise. Food from the pool bar is nice and not too expensive. Lovely helpful staff. Very clean complex. Would highly recommend.

The apartment and terrace we had were huge. Beds comfortable

Lots of steps to the room not good when in your 60's with dodgy knees, needs updating as regards furniture couch was very uncomfortable. Otherwise very good. No bar/food after 5pm was a disappointment

Just got back from another fabulous stay, this will be the 5th time I have stayed here, its my favourite place to stay in lanzarote. The location is perfect 10 mins from the airport, everything is in walking distance. Right opposite the beach. The hotel complex has a lively pool, always plenty of loungers. Everywhere is spotless clean. All the staff are so friendly. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Already looking to book again.

There is nothing to dislike.

The location was perfect, near enough to the main strip if you wanted the buzz but enough restaurants and entertainment within a 5 minute walk. The best part was the beach was literally across the road. Only minutes from the airport too.

The reception staff were efficient but not the friendliest.

It’s a bit dated and needs to be refurbished. The bathrooms have obviously been modernised recently.

Fantastic location, the best view of pocillos beach, the balcony was huge and private and perfect for both sunrise coffee looking out over the sea and sunset drinks. The breakfast was included and the pool was perfect to cool down in the afternoon. The rooms were very spacious and cleaned every day with fresh towels. We had a second small drying balcony. We were close to spar shop, pharmacy, bike hire, dive centre and really nice quieter bars. This was a great value stay, everything you could ask for from a 3 star resort with 5 star views! We will be back!

The couches were a little tired but we didn’t spend much time on them.
