All good in that line,food very good, very relaxing, nice hotel

A good complaint, travelling from ireland, we are being robbed with the flights,not really a complaint,I thought ur prices were a bit steep,that then makes it very expensive from ireland, and I think people have started to look at different destinations, I think the only thing going for Lanzarote is the weather, it has become a very expensive place now,restaurants not giving value for ur money,John mc Guinness

Stayed in San Antonio for the last week of January 2023 a friend and myself we had our own rooms which was perfect, I'd highly recommend the San Antonio if your staying in Puerto del Carmen we are both early 50s and found the entertainment a bit more suited to older people but totally understand that as most clients were older than us hopefully some day ill be old too. I couldn't fault the hotel in any way we stayed half board and found the food to be of excellent quality, I would have no hesitation in rebooking this hotel if I was returning to Puerto del carmen. The staff in every area was wonderful. The hotel was comfortable and not overly noisy. A good variety of good quality food available at each meal. All facilities were clean and in good working order. Good entertainment each evening.

Wi-Fi is very poor in this hotel. The beds were comfortable but very squeaky. Many guest complained about the lifts, particularly those with mobility issues No tea/coffee available n the dining room after dinner. No kettle or cups in the rooms.

Friendly staff, walking distance to local bars/restaurants and beaches. Nice pool area and comfortable beds, rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and sheets. The abba tribute band in the evening was great. Seemed like a hotel for older people, however we enjoyed this as we were looking for a chilled vibe

The food wasn't suitable for vegetarians and an odd selection for tea time meals. We ended up eating elsewhere but breakfast was nice.

Stayed 7 nights.It is not the cheapest hotel in town but you would not get a bottle of water free.Most annoying of all when you sit to dinner and one would expect a jug of water free and if you say yes they bring a bottle to dinner table charge E2.50 plus service onto dinner bill.Talk about screwing the tourist !!!No water in bedroom on ly coin operated machine in corridor.

Facilities excellent . Staff at counter very helpful cleaning staff excellant . Food good .

1 member of counter stall promised everything do nothing but loved to be heard. Drinks expensive .

Plenty of sunbeds

One waiter in the dining room was extremely rude to me. When I asked if there was a table available....he shouted at me , So much so that other diners sympathised with me. Very embarrassing as I was an older lady on my own! (Smallish,balding dark) Other staff were very nice in the dining room. Reception staff were wonderful 😃

The hotel is in a good location and only 10-15 minutes from the airport. The staff are very helpful, especially reception. The grounds are lovely and well maintained plus plenty of sunbeds around the pool.

The two things I dislike are the fact that you have to pay for a safe that is already in the room and also for tea/coffee facilities. You do not expect this is in a four star hotel.

Excellent hotel - food was very good for buffet style - selection was brilliant - staff were very friendly- exceptionally clean - only fault was the service at the pool bar

Service at the pool was awful-----plenty of staff and nice staff but lunch at the pool bar was taking approx 1hr - waited 15 minutes on one particular day to be given a menu and another while before order was taken -

Attentive staff, always on hand if required. Excellent breakfast. Good evening meal with different main choices each evening. Very good facilities including pools, tennis courts and daily activities.

Dress code in restaurant in an evening insists in long trousers for men and did not allow smart tailored shorts. This was not made clear at the time of booking. The hotel were happy for men to wear scruffy tracksuit bottoms but not smart shorts. This policy should be addressed, particularly when it gets warmer later in the year. I would have liked to swim in the pool before breakfast but the pools did not open until 10.00am.
