Los Tulipanes

Brilliant location and staff couldn’t do enough to help. Nothing was a bother. I have been to the island 15 time and believe this hotel is great value for money. Modern apartments with comfy beds. What more can you ask for?

The property could of had a deeper clean. We found someone else’s socks in the TV stand before we left and the floors could have done with a better mopping. As we were left with a mop and bucket we gave it a quick once over so everything was fine.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. We got a ground floor apartment near the pool which was fantastic. Apartments are always clean and the housekeeping staff came most days. Lovely food in the pool bar. The Roman steps into the pool are a great addition for easy access. With back problems it was great to able to get into the pool on this trip. We love the relaxed and peaceful atmosphere and look forward to our next visit

We missed the bar in the evening time but it wasn’t a big deal as we ventured out. Air Conditioning would be a great addition to the apartments even if there was an extra charge.

Beds were rock hard and I was woken up early every morning by cleaners outside my bedroom having a meet up and chat before they started work and quite loud , they were lovely but , when I’m on holiday I like to have a lie in as I usually have to be up early every day at home for work . self catering equipment in apartment very basic not many pots or pans only two ringed hob that you couldn’t fit two pans on at same time , during the summer I’m sure this isn’t an issue as probably wouldn’t be eating hot food ,full size oven and fridge .

The location was fabulous. Quiet and chilled at the apartments and a 5 minute walk to the busy main strip for all the bars and music. Pools were quiet and never had to worry about getting a sun bed. The snack bar was great with lovely food. Very spacious apartment.

No air con. The room got very hot and uncomfortable at night. We didn’t realise fans were available for hire until the last night as no one advised us and there was no advertising of this. The floor area directly around the pool floor needed to be cleaned more, bird poo around.

The location was amazing, just a shirt walk to the strip, the apartment was simple but very comfortable, it was cleaned every day. Staff were just phenomanal, very welcoming and accommodating, we arrived about an hour early and they still checked us in without any issues and then on the last day let us stay by the pool as we had a long wait for flights. Storing our bags in the luggage room providing us with spare showers and even having a private ahiwer room and toilet by the pool for use. They pool area is simple but amazing and clean with sun loungers and umbrellas if needed. There is 1 large pool 1 smaller pool and then a play pool for kids. There is also a small games area with a snooker table. There is a snack bar there where they serve breakfast lunch and dinner and a selection of cocktails and drinks. The Barman/chef was amazing and very friendly and assisted us where he could. I am already looking to rebook as for the price I paid it more than met my expectations.

There is no air conditioning however the room stays fairly cool.

Location-10 mins €12 taxi from airport Can walk to main bar/shop/beach street in about 8 mins Cafe bar with great snacks and cheap prices...and lovely staff.I was there on my own for 4 days and the barstaff made me feel very welcome & comfortable. Nice suntrap and 2 pools.

Room was abit dated but was clean & cleaned every day.TV with BBC1 in room !Very comfy bed!Fridge and cooking facilities but I had breakfast in cafe ,was cheap enough! There were workmen at the complex replacing patio doors so I think the rooms are being renovated.

Small friendly apartment complex. Clean and comfortable apartments and refurbished since staying last time…will definitely be back.

Nothing really, it’s not luxury but we didn’t pay luxury prices. Could maybe have a hairdryer. Had some very noisy and disrespectful visitors in the last few days which put you off from staying around the pool and cafe/bar so we just went out most of the day instead of staying there all day.

Location. It was in the middle of the island so everything was close by car. Really nice and helpful staff. Kids loved to play in the pools. Everything was clean and quiet. Check out was at 11:00 so we were not in hurry and enjoyed last morning by the pool. Great value for money.

weak water pressure in the shower. But in was only in our appartment, shower in second appartment was OK (our friends stayed there)

I love Los Tulipanes and have been a repeat visitor for the last 5 years! It's in a great location; within an easy 5/10 minutes walk to the promenade, restaurants, shops, bus stops and beaches. For a small complex it has 2 pools; one new pool with lovely walk in steps and Tulipanes also has a reception and bar cafe! All the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are spacious, clean and most are newly refurbished. Perfectly located apartment....many thanks for another great stay and I will see you again in July!

I didn't encounter any problems but I know from experience, any minor issues are always dealt with efficiently by the friendly team.

Too far from main attractions on Strip. Because it was very hot it wasn't feasible to walk long distances... tho' taxis were cheap. Air conditioning would have been great..but we knew complex didn't have it when we booked. Our room..No 21.. was a little close to the cafe which meant our privacy was a bit compromised...but we got used to it so not a huge problem. Sunbeds/parasols need updating/replacing
