Another perfect stay at the Plus Fariones Apartments. The apartments are clean and spacious, light and airy. The breakfast is delicious, with lots to choose from and there is something for everyone. All the staff are friendly, helpful and polite. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to ensure your stay with them is enjoyable. The pool and surrounding area is spotless and there is always a life guide on duty. Location is a bonus, central to both the old town and the strip. Grande and Chica beach are only a short walk away. Perfect holiday destination for all the family.

Nothing, it’s perfect.

Great location, lovely apartment, very clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, powerful shower, Nice little kitchen, sofa very comfortable. Lovely pool area, great little bar, good drinks and a good bar menu. Breakfast was excellent, great selection, hot food, omelettes cooked to order, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cold meats and cheeses, and a great selection of different breads, rolls and pastries.

The balcony was very nice, garden view, the only one dislike was the patio chairs, I found them uncomfortable. The only other dislike was people smoking around the pool and the outside tables.

Location - really good, not noisy, close to everything. it was perfect for me. don’t forget to go down towards the old harbour area at night, beautiful and great places to eat. Roof terrace - for sunbathing overlooking the sea and pool. no issue getting a sun bed up there. no kids allowed up there so it was really peaceful. Cleanliness - the place is spotless! View - I’ve seen some people give out about the view, it’s fine you can see the tops of other buildings, 2 cranes working nearby but can also see the sea and the mountains fairly well. i spotted some dolphins going by the bay, watch the jet skis, boats and planes come in while on the roof terrace. the free wifi is excellent!

lack of air con in the room was hard, were given a fan in the room but it’s not enough. lack of plugs in the room, you need to leave the fan plugged in and the plugs in the bedside locked units aren’t strong and can’t take an adapter. i was worried about breaking them as they are flimsy.

spacious and clean with helpful staff and a good location

our studio was a bit dated! we’ve been here a number of years now and feel the decor could be improved! Also the air conditioning didn’t seem to be very effective. lighting poor and TV poor. The layout of the breakfast counter, in particular the coffee machine in the corner doesn’t give ease of access. There were no classes in the pool or gardens, as there used to be on our previous visits.

The location is great. The Staff are very friendly and nice. Cleaning is excellent. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is adequately equipped..

Lack of sunbeds. People have taken sunbeds by 8am-9am. Lack of parasols, if you do manage to get a sunbed. The door to our bedroom did not close as it was positioned behind the bed that we could not move. Therefore there was a lack of privacy especially as the bedroom is at the entrance to the apartment. The apartments are a bit dated but they are very clean. We could hear our neighbours. No mugs, just cups.

Breakfast was very excellent , everything you could think of ,location was great for the strip and the old town . Room was very clean .

The bar staff were so miserable and unhelpful ,always talking to each other in there language . l really think this should be looked at , as they must be losing money on the bar, because l didn't want to eat or drink there after the first day . All other staff members were lovely ,smiley and helpful

Location, cleanliness of apartments, upper solarium particularly, pool seemed to be heated and very clean, staff friendly and pollite. We are regular visitors to the Fariones Plus and will definitely return.

Restaurant unable to accommodate volume of guests and food not replenished quickly enough. Most mornings unable to get a table unless we went very early or very late for breakfast. Difficulty in walking through the restaurant with hot tea etc due to the amount of people in narrow space wandering around collecting their food. Staff were friendly and helpful with the exception of the lady who always fries the eggs and she was rather rude and looked quite miserable.

Good breakfast with a choice of various cooked items, cold cuts, cheeses, fruits and pastries etc. we didn’t use the pool area but everything looked well maintained and clean, as were the areas around the apartments. There was a nice quiet atmosphere but probably reflective of the time of year though still plenty of people around at breakfast time. Apartment was spotless and comfortable. Sheets and towels were changed during our 3 night stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Reception lady was lovely and checkin/out quick and easy. I would definitely stay again.

Personally would have preferred an upper apartment with balcony as it feels more holiday to me than ground floor, but not a big deal as the terrace was still nice.

This was our first time staying in these apartments, and i can say with absolute certainty we will be back. Everything was so clean, the staff were fantastic and so welcoming nothing was too much. The location was brilliant close to old town and the strip. Our room was cleaned every day. The pool is small but kept really clean also. The grounds were kept so neat and tidy, and the reception staff were also fantastic. In previous years I have booked apartments in lanzarote obviously based on the images they have on their website etc and when i arrive the rooms look nothing like they were advertised but here in Plus Fariones that was certainly not the case, the entire complex was fabulous.Will definitely be returning next year.

We had two apartments. Our one had air conditioning throughout the apartment, which was fantastic, but my mother's apartment had no air conditioning. She had the option to pay 50 for it to be installed for the week, which she happily did, but even then, it was only in the bedroom, and the rest of the apartment was very hot. It would be great if all apartments were fitted with air conditioning. But other than this, our stay was brilliant and couldn't fault these apartments.

Large apartment complex with breakfast/lunch/dinner area, pool, jacuzzi, etc. The breakfast was really good - something for everyone. The staff were absolutely fantastic and so accommodating - special mention to Mary on reception and her colleague - what fantastic ladies they really made our stay absolutely seamless. Location was perfect and a two minute walk to both the main promenade and the Biosphera plaza. The old town is maybe five minutes walk at most.

The property is very dated and there is no air con. Not an issue of the accommodation per se but many people held sun beds for hours on end with just towels and never showed up - one day we observed two ladies hold sunbeds from before 9am until just before lunchtime. Really unfair on people who actually want to use the facilities but again this is moreso an issue with guests than with the accommodation.
