The ambiance of the hotel is lovely, relaxed and friendly. The view from our room was stunning with incredible sunrises and sunsets. Although there were lots of steps on the site, they were generally in short flights scattered through the gardens, not all in one huge go! You could 'pay as you go' for breakfast, lunch or dinner or buy various packages of say 3 or 5 meals, and these were great value for money/ Nice pool bar and plenty of sun beds for all, when we were there in January. The staff were friendly, a cleaner came in 5 times a week (not Wednesdays or Saturdays), and eh grounds were kept clean and tidy. Every apartment is facing the sea with its own balcony. The location is great for the harbour and beaches. There is a Hiperdino about ten minutes walk away with everything you might need, and a small 'minimarket' useful for water, just beneath the hotel, although this was closed for the latter part of our stay.

The decor of the apartment itself was a little 'tired', but seeing as we were outside for most of the time this really didn't matter to us, and probably helped to keep the cost down too. We arrived about midday, but couldn't check-in until 3:30-4pm, which felt like quite a long wait. It was the same for everyone else who arrived early. The bar was open though!

I like my room 516 that is my second time in that room,and I'll be back in August I'll be looking for the same room , food is great,pool area is great,it so relaxing myself and my partner injoy ourselves, looking forward to seeing you again

I didn't like the way I was talked to on the second last day of my holiday one member off you breakfast Staff,a lady, asked me for my card I said iam here all week she said you need a card ,I said iam in 516 she asked me for my card again I said iam not walking back up for it she asked me again, I was very embarrassed I went out to reception and told the lady the way I was treated,I didn't even eat my breakfast that morning felt so embarrassed 😣

They really need an escalator installed from reception to the first level above. This has been the main issues with guests as they arrive. Many have said that they wouldn't recommend the complex as a direct result of this. This needs action as a matter of necessity.

Location and the fantastic views

In needs refurbishing as furniture is getting old and shabby and our shower head actually broke

Clean rooms and friendly staff.

All inclusive food very bland and pretty much the same every day. Anyone disabled would find one entrance with lots of stairs and the entrance with a ramp, would find the ramp very steep. Tiles in the pool missing not very inviting. Area around pool needs resurfacing.

Fantastic location looking over the old harbour and across to Fuerta Ventura !! Cleaning staff were very efficient and polite,pool checked every morning and lifeguards always chatty and helpful.

Unfortunately it’s now very dated , cracked floor tiles,old inefficient shower that shot more water onto the floor than us . Poor quality mattresses , my husband ended up on the sofa bed as it was actually new and more comfortable!!!

We were worried after reading other reviews but we were very happy with our stay. The views were stunning, location perfect, there were lots of steps to the room but we were expecting that and the view from your room made the steps worth while. The rooms are basic but were clean and met our needs to sleep and shower in. All the staff were very friendly and were very helpful. This isn't a 5 star hotel, for the price we paid the accommodation was perfect

Nothing about the apartments I didn't like. We ate out for all our meals but potentially if we wanted to eat in we might have struggled with the basic cooking amenities

Area beautiful overlooking sea..

Couch/sette was uncomfortable. Bath/shower could do with handrail. A lot of steps.

Been on many holidays in puerto del carmen but never stayed at Bellevue as always thought it was to big , as we only booked a week before arrival we didn’t have many options, but we really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely book again, the apartment was abit dated but we spent most of the time outdoors and the balcony was a generous size

Although some things were definitely in need of an upgrade it wouldn’t put us off staying again.
