Excellent right throughout the hotel

The location is a bit far out of the way

Wasn’t a problem for us, but location may be an issue for some people . Was a decent walk from the strip, up and down hills ! But beautiful

Great facilities for adults and children. Fabulous pools. Great selection in the restaurant. Breakfast was included in our deal and was delicious. Spotlessly clean accommodation and cleaning service. Can't wait to go back!

Cold pool unfortunately not heated couldn't use in December. and children entertainment starts too late. Circus at 9.30 when most kids go to bed.

Excellent choice of buffet breakfast and evening meal. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk down to the harbour area and only 15 minutes to the beach. There is a supermarket and restaurants 2 minutes walk.

There is quite an incline up the the hotel so it might not be suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Food: breakfast is very good, could be more different day to day. Dinner - top! Always something different, fresh stakes & fish etc. We didn't get bored with dinner after 8 nights!! Staff: always there, always helpful. They will go extra to help you out! Extra: every 2 nights enterntainment in the bar for the kids, lovely lady doing that. Small gym (some weights, treadmill). Small footbal court to kick ball with kids. Free parking just outside. Pool: was a little cold during New year's stay, but after noon weather gets hot and you don't care. Would stay again, without looking for alternatives!!

Lunch menu could be improved. Lunch meal is cheap, but could be smth more than burger/pizza/chicken.

the property was spotless and clean and staff very friendly couldn’t rate this accommodation highly enough. only downside about 15min walk to the beach and main strip and very hilly on the way back but taxis are cheap and plentiful wouldn’t put me off staying here as the food and accomadtion is excellent

The hotel is absolutely spotless and all apartments are well maintained and kept at high quality. The option to go half board or self catering is a fantastic idea. We had 2 apartments and we got them next to each other. This was a last minute literally on the day booking as we had a bad experience in the Villa we booked and had to leave as soon as we arrived there. The staff were so welcoming and even had our apartments ready within 2 hours for us as we had a baby with us. The large sunbeds were perfect for our family as we didn't want to sit around a pool all day. Overall a fantastic holiday 😍.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about the hotel. The walk back from town is a good workout but nothing that a couple of Euros in a taxi doesn't sort 😀.

Everything was perfect. Fabulous breakfast variety. Appartment spotless (not even an ant).location on a small hill and no issues even with my bad knees. Hotel well maintained. Pool spotless but cold. Sun chairs good quality and comfortable. Additional sunbed bed mattress thick and comfy.Towels provided for 10 euro deposit (payed back when we were leaving).poolTowel change every 2 days. Housekeeping /Restaurant staff excellent friendly staff. we were in a top of house appartment which was close to the pool with a balcony facing the pool area Great cocktails.

Not an issue but .....No cash payments for food and drinks.
