The hotel is in a great location, only five minute walk to the main beach and restaurants. The staff are super, all very friendly and helpful. The animation team for the kids during the daytime and evenings are great fun. The buffet breakfast is very good, lots of choice and very tasty. The pools are fantastic for adults and kids, including the water slide. We had room1018 on the ground floor for two adults and children and It was perfect. A very large room with two separate garden terraces which was a wonderful surprise.

The room we were allocated was excellent. The pool was very good, had a jacuzzi and slides for children and adults. The breakfast was quite good, the choice was OK. Lunch and dinner were the same. The restaurant needs a bit of organisation, as foods that you would expect to be side by side were not. What it must be like in high season we hate to think. The cleanliness of the public areas needed to be looked at as glasses etc were not cleared and tables were not clean.

I was attending a music festival, so the hotel was in the perfect place to stay near it, far enough the music wasnt loud and allowed us to sleep and close enough to walk to the festival. Lots of bars and restaurants walwing distance.

The first room they offered us, was facing away from the beach to a sort of comunial patio, and wasnt very nice. The kids pool activities start too soon and rooms not suficiently sound-proofed.

Breakfast was nice with plenty of choices. The pool is probably the best part of the hotel. There is nice slide and small kids dedicated area. Also there were some activities in the pool for adults. There are lifeguards in the swimming pool as well.

The only thing that I didn't like is that our room keys were constantly blocking and refusing to open the door so we had to go and reset them in the reception 1-2 times per day

One of the best places we have ever stayed - we absolutely LOVED Cabo de Gata. We arrived by bicycle on a day when the local area had received 95mm of rain. We were wet and cold and in need of a long hot bath. We brought ourselves and our bikes into the gorgeous foyer dripping wet. We were mortifiied but the staff did not bat an eyelid. When we asked for a kettle and extra coathangers, they quickly and happily obliged. The room was gorgeous, the long hot bath was everything we could have wanted, and the beds were comfortable. As if all that wasn't enough, breakfast was included! And what an amazing breakfast it was. 10/10 for the whole experience, thank you Cabo de Gata!

Everything was lovely and clean .The bed was very large and comfortable .The hotel was busy ,although at night it was very quiet and peaceful .I had the best sleep I've had for ages .The aircon worked well .It's 10.15 a.m. at present and not one towel on the sun beds like lots of hotels I've stayed at before , and it's a lovely sunny day .The food was very good catering for everyone .I have enjoyed my stay so I have booked for next year .

Breakfast and dinner were both very good with a nice selection of food. Free parking in front of hotel, Friendly and helpful receptionists, we arrived a little earlier than planned but our room was ready for us.

Unfortunately there was a young family next door with 3 young children which made a lot of noise (running arround and crying) so not a peaceful 5 day break whilst in the hotel.

We had half board and the food wasn't great. Always lukewarm, never hot. The food selection was good nuy not hot. Had to ask for meats / fish to be cooked hot.

Rooms comfortable staff friendly beds good . Good value

Breakfast on the second day was poor enough .different sausages and bacon..orange juice very basic not fresh or good quality

Had to pay extra to park my motorbike. Poolside entertainment was a little loud imho. And went on way too late.
