We loved our room overlooking the pool & out to the sea. We were at the end of a corridor so it was good to have the quietness away from others. The cleaning team left the room immaculate on arrival & were very accommodating throughout our stay. We were happy to be able to leave luggage in a secure room while we waited to check in. The staff in the dining room/bar were excellent

Being made to wait at Reception when more than 1 customer is checking in with only 1 staff member attending. It's a long process to check in. The 'hot' food at the buffet breakfast is not hot - very disappointing.

Was made to feel welcome and staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel easy to find and we had a lovely view over the Puerto and out to sea , also with a balcony. The hotel was in a great position only a short walk to shops, restaurants etc.

Although we had a large room, we were in-between 2 lift shafts so was a little noisey. Would request a quieter room next time. They said no need to book hotel parking but on arrival had to use a 24 hour carpark at the rear of the hotel as the hotel carpark was full.

The hotel was a very good option for a one week holyday with my son. We specially liked: Breakfast, air conditioning (works perfect even without the card installed, very precised with the temperature) the cleanliness and the staff in general.

The beach is not so close, you should do a 5 minutes walk that can be long under the sun, specially when the temperature is 35 Celsius or more.

Very nice location with a nice good breakfast. Close to the city center, to the central bus station and to the beach.

Not so efficient cleaning, the sheets were changed after almost a week. The breakfast at the weekend starts at 8:00 but it would be better to start earlier especially for people that were there for business.

After a bit of a palaver in the one-way system when the hotel parking was full, we pulled up outside and the very helpful young man on reception gave us directions to public parking we could use instead at the same rate as for the hotel's own car park. Lovely room - a tad old fashioned but extremely comfortable, with a good view over the front of the hotel to the port. Better views from higher floors but we couldn't be bothered to ask to move. Lovely barman served us delicious cocktails in a beautiful room, also used for breakfast. Pool is a bonus, and surprisingly quiet on the terrace given the busy location.

The hotel was easy to find and we were able to park nearby, very easy checkin and the reception staff, were very helpful and friendly. Our room was a good size and we had great views from our room, over the port area and pool. The breakfast was tasty, with a good selection of hot and cold food to choose from. We will definitely stay again when in Almeria.

The hotel is a bit dated, but still comfortable.

The hotel was close to the town with shops and bars and in the opposite direction was close to the beaches bars and restaurants.

The bar could have stayed opened a little later in the evening. But totally understand the staff have probably a very early start. This is by no means a criticism and I hope it doesn’t come across like that it’s only just a recommendation.

Enjoyed the sea view and the view towards The Alcazaba. The room was large with plenty of storage and a balcony, the beds were comfortable. The Lounge Bar was extremely luxurious and there is a pleasant pool area to relax, the Staff were very friendly too.

The rooms were in need of a freshen up and it was a little noisy at times due to the close proximity to the main coast road in front.

The service was absolutely phenomenal. I felt like a princess. They made me feel so welcome and there was always an a nice atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. The breakfast was exceptional every day.

The pool was closed for refurbishment which was a shame. The road is quite busy and noisy if you have your balcony doors open. But to be expected in a city location.

One of the best hotels I have been to and I have visited quite a lot. Very kind and helpful staff, they adjust the offer very personally. I was also gifted champagne for my birthday for which I would like to thank you very much, it was very nice. Breakfast very good and varied, large room with good air conditioning. Very nice cleaning ladies. I highly recommend, thank you and best regards.

There is a long waiting time for the elevator during breakfast, but it's really not a big deal.
