Catalonia Reina Victoria

The view over Ronda valley from the balcony is truly breathtaking. We had only planned to stay one night but when we saw the room and the view we asked for another night. The staff are very friendly and efficient and it is clear the hotel is run to a very high professional standard.

great property, just a 5 minute walk to town and the sites. lovely and quiet with a beautiful view. we had a junior suite with a beautiful vista, the room is huge. staff were excellent and the hotel is nice. ate at the restaurant which we don’t normally do but the food was beautiful, staff excellent!

the smell down near the bar from the spa is not great. the rooms are huge but a little outdated style wise.

We chose a room with a view over the gorge with a balcony which was worth the extra cost. The pool was warm enoughto swim, even in April. Pool towels were provided.

The hotel and location is very good. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The team of beverage (bar and breakfast) are so friendly too. Beautiful experience for 2nd time. Favorite hotel in Ronda.

From the minute we arrived we felt very welcome. The staff are amazing here and so helpful. Our room was at the corner with the most amazing views and a lovely terrace. Great air con in the room as well. Comfortable bed. Parking was easy on arrival and no problem finding a space. Breakfast was fantastic with the most amazing fruit salad. Evening meal was also very good. The steak is to die for. As for the cheesecake, the waiter said it was the best and he was right. Great service as well. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the old bridge past the bull ring. We have stayed in Ronda before at a top hotel which we wasn't impressed with the service but this hotel was so much better in every way. We would stay here again for sure.

This hotel is top notch. The building is beautiful and the rooms are lovely and very clean. We particularly liked the bathroom with a fantastic shower and a separate toilet with bidet and then even a separate area for the sink. The beds were very comfortable and accomodated us easily as a family of three, which is difficult in a hotel room. The terrace off our room was spacious and although we did not have the valley view, we did have a lovely tree out our terrace with many birds. We were even able to check in a bit earlier, which was very appreciated. The staff were very professional and courteous, from the person opening the door for us, to the front desk, bar and restaurant staff and housecleaning. The coffee and tea offerings were lovely in the room. The pool was spectacular - very clean and the view and deck and grass seating, was perfect to soak up as summer season was beginning. Our dinner at the restaurant there was delicious with exceptional service. We were wowed.

Nothing really - perhaps the hot tub being turned on for the cooler evening.

We booked Catalonia Reina Victoria for our honeymoon and the property exceeded our expectations. The staff on site were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice with lots of different types of options. The location was good also, only a 5 minute walk from the city centre. Pool area was great also, plenty of sun throughout the day. The view from our balcony over the gorge was superb. The rooms themselves were very modern, spacious and clean. Would highly recommend.

Nothing, excellent hotel.

we were booked into a double room and when we arrived we were upgraded to a room with a terrace and views which was fantastic, unfortunately when we returned to our room in the evening the air con was not working, we were then upgraded for the night with a super suite, we returned to our original room the following day mid morning as the air con had been fixed, the whole experience was very professional and did not put us off our stay at all, the staff were so polite and courteous a credit to the Hotel .

The view from the hotel and our room was breathtaking. Lovely little pool to cool down in again with the best views! Rooms where modern and spacious liked having a separate shower and toilet. Only a short walk from the centre. Reception and bar staff where all great.

Not sure if there was a issue with the drains while we were there, sight drainage smell came from shower and in the reception downstairs. Woman in the restaurant a little rude when I asked if my wine was coming half hour after being sat in the restaurant (even thought it was early lunch time and only two tables with two people in)
