I would stay again if we were in the area. The staff were so friendly, easy check in and check out. The room was large and bed very comfy. AC worked well and windows shut out all the light overnight. The bar was well stocked and well staffed. Rooms are very sound proof given the close proximity to the road. Plenty of free parking on site. 5 min drive from Rhonda, definitely need a car to access this hotel but most people do in the area. Guests on here are complaining about the pool location, there is nothing wrong with it. Pool is well maintained and plenty of seating. We swam every day and enjoyed it very well. Tennis court also on site if this is for you.

The room was not very clean especiallythe bathroom, they had clearly used a bug spray before we arrived which I appreciate as there were obviously alot of mosquitos but no one had cleaned the dead mosquitos from the room. The food in the restaurant was hit and miss. We enjoyed the beef checks and the cheese board but most of the sea food was poorly cooked. I wouldn't pay for the breakfast and we didn't, not enough options especially if you have any dietary requirements.

Easy to get to other places. A good base for our trip. All staff very pleasant and polite. Very clean throughout. Great artwork and decor

Had dinner first night. Hadn't finished starter and main course was already bought out. Maybe kitchen should wait until waitress informs customer that starter is finished. Room needs a bin in the bedroom as only a small one in bathroom and maybe consider putting a mini fridge in bedrooms as when it's hot bottles of water and soft drinks go warm very quickly.

Rooms are big (ours was on the first floor and had straight ceilings). Staff on the day of arrival (two guys) both spoke English well and did their best to be hospitable. Dinner was mostly good

Our friends got the room on the second floor (under the roof), so half of it was low ceiling. Bathroom faucets were very old and the shower had a narrow spray pattern like a firefighter's hose. There is no cow meat on the dinner menu (but there are 5 pork meals). My dinner meal (pork medallions with grilled veggies) was overcooked badly and "veggies" were just grilled peppers and sliced potato chips (other meals were fine). All meals are good 4€/meal overpriced, so would recommend eating somewhere else. Morning staff (a spanish girl) didn't speak a word of English, messed up all orders (both ours and two tables next to us) and was a letdown compared to the evening staff

Very nice "Venta" and Hotel. Exceeded our expectations in every way. Very good value for money. Food in restaurant was very tasty. Excellent beds!! Working air conditioning.

Nothing to dislike. Location is a bit challenging because you need a car to get there, but on the other hand it is peaceful. Some areas were a bit in a "work in progress" state, but like I mentioned, in general exceeded all expectations.

The hotel is great value. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning and WIFI work really well. There needs to be a better path to the swimming pool. The swimming pool is very nice with comfortable sun beds and shade. The tapas and drinks are very reasonable and a lot of the locals call in as well.

Just the path to the swimming pool but wasn't an issue for me but might be for the older people.

The place is situated on a nice surrounding distance from Ronda. With a beautiful location! The staff was super kind, and the room (bed, bathroom etc) really big and clean and nice! The price really nice! Super place to be! :-) And no problem to park the car. :-) and they are environment minded too! in the bathroom there was one sign telling please not to use too much water. (Which i think is really good.)

During the week in the night the restaurant is closed. I realized this too late! But... Then the staff helped me kindly to check their kitchen and prepare something from the supplies that was available so that made it phantastic again! :-)

Large room not much view due to high window, swimming pool good , special on mojito cocktail which we exploited, Dinner was excellent and good value. This hotel has obviously been around a long time but is in the process of being updated but is a very big job. One girl did reception the bar and served in the dining room she worked tirelessly and really did keep all the balls in the air quite amazing, The surroundings were stunning. did not have breakfast

Air con was worn out it worked but very noisy.

The pool is really nice all be it a little walk past the tennis courts but it's worth it. One of my friends was taken ill with heat stroke and the hotel couldn't have been more helpful.. we had to extend his stay by 2 more nights. They cooked him some boiled rice and boiled potatoes which wasn't even on the menu.. very friendly staff.

Friendly and helpful people with some English spoken. Big rooms with hot water and extra blankets. There is a bar with outdoor setting. The food was good. There are free parking in the big parking lot.

There is only shampoo, not hand soap, and it comes in the mini bags, which are hard to open.

The restaurant serves possibly the best meals in Spain. Simply delicious. The location is very quiet and very close to Ronda, and very easy to find. No problems parking. Great artworks and decor. And the largest bed I've ever slept on.
