This was a perfect space for a reset in nature, and having the cottage all to myself was absolutely wonderful. Looking out over the amazing view every morning with a cup of coffee and a book was truly therapeutic! The staff was also very helpful and provided a small heater when I asked, as the cabin was a bit chilly at this time of year.

It would have been nice to have a few more essentials in the kitchen - like tea, coffee, oil, salt, pepper. The breakfast is also quite simple and could include a piece of fruit or yogurt in addition.

Stayed 2 nights here, the views are lovely and the property and gardens are well maintained and clean. We stayed in a little bungalow which was great and had everything we needed. The pool area was nice to sit and relax by. The hosts were friendly and kindly gave us an early breakfast when we asked for it. Free parking onsite. I would recommend it if you’re visiting Ronda but you need a car as it’s a short drive to Ronda.

Stunning views, authentic main building and terrace. That's the main advantage. Good place for 1-2 nights stay for the price. Chalet is small, with kitchen (plates, kettle, cups, can cook). Rooms clean.

No attractions/activities at the site, so it is not suitable for all day long. Late breakfast, 9:00. Not buffet. Freshly squized orange juice, bread, butter, ham (spanish jamon), coffee (americano free, capsules 1€) and tea. Wifi in the main building, speed ok. No wifi in the chalets. 4G mobile internet weak signal. Drinking water for additional charge.

Set in a stunning location, with lovely grounds and with fantastic views. We stayed in a chalet that overlooked it all and could have spent our whole time there. A really nice pool, that is lit up at night. Friendly staff. Recommended. Apart from Ronda, there is a nice river walk not far away at the Estacion de Benaojan, and Montejaque is very beautiful town and it and its surroundings are well worth exploring.

Yes, the chalet is small, a bit tired around the edges and lacking a few touches like hooks and shelves, but we still loved our stay.

This place is a beautiful oasis of tranquility. I was originally planning to stay just one night but ended up staying three. The Casa in an old villa, with stunning period features throughout. The room (and bed) was very comfortable and quiet, and breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed just sitting on the terrace reading and wandering around the grounds, enjoying the view of Arriate. I was on foot, which was fine as the town is only a 30 min walk and had restaurants and shops, all you need really. Maria, the manager, was perfectly attentive throughout and even kindly gave me a lift to Ronda on my final day from where I was getting a train to my next destination. I have been walking in Andalusia for two weeks and this has been my favourite place so far - I heartily recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful and restorative break. Jamie, UK.

Delightful house in a magnificent setting. Super clean, lovely gardens, plenty of parking near the house, great views from the terrace over the pool. Inside, Casa Alta was both stately and cosy. The tea making and microwave facilities are open to guests together with comfortable sofas in the sitting areas. Our host was very kind, helpful and welcoming. One of the best places we have every stayed in. Please do check route carefully and follow any instructions. The road from Arriate is poor and long - better to approach from the Ronda direction. Sat navs not good at finding the house.

It was amazing place 🥰, very comfortable room with great views, tasty breakfast, possibility to buy coffee any time during whole day, that really big plus for us 😁😉. Very easy to reach nearest cities and villages for travelling. Also high service and very friendly owners. Recommended to visit this villa to have the best holidays. 😉😊

The surroundings, great view from the room and the sun that shined on the bed. We apreciated that they put the heating of the room before whe came so the room was warm. We hope we can return for more days to explore more around. The breakfast is simple and good for one night, if you stay more days, you might like more choice but for the price it is worth.

The house is very old with a beautiful architecture and movie-like location and scenery. We loved the interiors, the yard, the overall feel. It's a slow-living location.

The breakfast could have been richer, even with a separate cost for it. The road from Arriate is in poor condition, so make sure you come from Ronda instead, as the host kindly indicates.

Great view. Great place and cozy, perfect to relax here. Quiet and clean place. Very friendly staff and they send us messages regarding the location and they guided us how to reach the house on a good road. Old furniture but renovated, so as to keep the mansion style. Free parking available.
