We arrived into Salou at around 2.30 from Barcelona. The Bus Plana bus dropped us right outside the hotel door, this bus also went through the Barcelona airport, making it so easy to access from both Barcelona and the airport. Even though checkin was not til 5pm our room was ready when we arrived which was great. We had the attic apartment and the terrace and views were brilliant. Everything you need in the kitchen.

Only thing that could've been better was the supply of umbrellas at the beds around the pool, there was only about 4 in total. This did not bother us too much as it was quite when we stayed here, start of June.

This is my 4th time staying here, these apartments are spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The location is fantastic, with the lazy wave bar down stairs for food and entertainment, the taxi rank and bus stop just outside the door.. Its 5 mins walk to beach and main promenade and 10 mins walk (or 2 mins in taxi) to PortAventura theme park. And a supermarket next door.

It can be noisy as the karoke in the bar goes on till 12am. But we didnt mind it, but people with smaller kids might.

Good location next to PLANA stop so perfect when arriving from the airports (travelled from Barcelona) Fabulous staff on receoption very friendly and all offered great advice on Salou.

Old Aircon system failed after one day, but was activated by maintainance the next day but must admit .to then leaving it on for the rest of my trip. Only one English channel on the TV with a hundred channels to choose from lol

Excellent location. Very clean, fresh towels 3 times a week. staff couldn’t have been any nicer. Food very good in the bar.plenty sunbeds( although uncomfortable!)

Wish there was a facility to shower after you check out. This isn’t a problem of the property, but it was a little noisy by night, so if your a light sleeper bring earplugs!!

Cye apartments were in the perfect location everything you needed was in the apartments staff were excellent few little things like hairdryer broken but fixed straight away pool area was perfect for my 2 boys overall lively place to stay

Sunloungers very uncomfortable little update on things like thst but other than that no complaints 👌

Very nice four day stay at CYE Apartments. Great Value for money. Spotlessly clean. Fully stocked bar restaurant downstairs. Very enjoyable entertainment at night. Great Location. Staff very friendly and helpful at reception. Would definitely stay at this complex again.

We found no negatives at all. Everything was satisfactory.

Great location very clean and great value for money

One of the staff members was extremely rude wouldnt give us toilet roll for the room as we had none at all in the room told us to wait untill maids came around (when she had sone in the back because another staff member got it for us ) and then shouted at one of the ladies that was with us because she was looking to see if she could borrow the spare key off our room. She then accused us for taking stuff out of the room when it wasnt even our room it was next door to us then when the other staff member explained it was a diffrent room she didnt even apologies. very rude women she was. the rest of the staff was lovely and very helpful apart from this lady that clearly is in the wrong job

The Beds where very comfortable and the room was very clean. In the Attic apartment the space on the balcony was great. Every thing you needed fresh towels, Iron with ironing board etc all kitchen supplies... Safe available if needed. Reception staff where very welcoming and helpful.. We hired a car so parking was a bonus as when your not sure about local parking rules. Overall great place to stay, great staff, great location. Great shop / bakery across the road with beautiful coffee and pastries 🙂

What a great little find! I was really impressed. Nice little apartment with everything you Need. The location is excellent! The restaurant downstairs The Lazy Wave was really good as well. Fab breakfast and the half chicken and chips was very tasty.

The only slight complaint was that we had a room.on the road side and it was a bit noisy but that's not the apartments fault it's just one of those things.
