Is not very far from Portaventura Park, you can walk easily. In room was a very big bed, a lot towels, small fridge/minibar. In hotel was jacuzzi inside and sauna/steam room.

Wasn't big choice of food, but maybe because was just beginning of season. And was a lot children from schools, in the morning and late evening was big noise in all hotel of that.

Came here 15yrs ago as a couple and returned as the hotel has been refurbished and wow what a Beautiful looking hotel, modern and very clean our rooms were made everyday the hotel was spot less. The entertainment throughout the day and staff were so good with both adults and kids with plenty going on. Julio and Laia particularly great. Food always plenty and choice was good we stayed half board and arrived late on our first night which the hotel moved us to lunch on our last day without being asked. Fresh omelettes, pancakes and fried eggs at breakfast, fresh fruit, pastries and hot breakfast choice (even English sausages some mornings) evenings chefs cooked fresh meats to your preference. Some queuing at breakfast on busy days but the staff work fast to keep the flow smooth. Pools are fab the splash pool for kids is great and ha fake grass so they can run around it well done great idea. I would suggest laying out a couple of loungers or chairs in this area. Rooms not huge but has fridge ,good bathrooms, we had 2 double beds in ours. Ooo the tv had English channels (itv1 & 2, channel 4 & 5, bbc and Disney) I know we’re abroad but those little creature comforts are great when you have kids and don’t go to evening entertainment or need them to cool off. We loved it so much we’re coming back as a big family holiday next year Mother, 13yr old 8yr old and 4yr old

As we had a family room a double and 2 single beds would have been preferred but we were ok to all share.

2nd time staying here great location great facilities and great value

The cleaning staff banging on the door each morning from 9.30am onwards. Even after being told the room didn't need to be cleaned, they continued to knock and enter the room and turn on all the lights, waking my 2 year old two mornings in a row, and another morning while my wife was on the toilet shouting at them that we were OK and didn't want the room cleaned . We reported this to reception who gave us a do not disturb tag for the door however I feel they could have done more as this happened 3 mornings of the 7 we stayed there.

The hotel met all the expectations. Animacion team of Crazy and Raul and the team did wonderful job with all the fun and entertainment activities. Location is just 10 min walk from the beach. Supermarkets are near by. Parking along the road are accessible and available.

Cleanliness could have been better. Wifi speed was really bad. And some websites are being blocked which are not supposed to be like this website was blocked by network filter from the hotel wi fi https://www.krishnafestival.be/

The facilities for kids were great pool tables, water slides table tennis and foosball. The reception staff were extremely helpful even those with poor English. Housekeeping staff and the chefs who cooked omletes and pancakes to order

The staff in the bar need to have a more friendly attitude especially the woman in charge makes 0 effort. You nearly feel like it's a inconvenience asking for a drink and they are not over busy

Comfortable beds, good air-conditioning. Nice food, lots of meal selection, they even had a candy evening that surprised the kids. Helpful and relaxed staff, nice program for the kids at the pool area and disco in the evening. Location was good enough, if you don’t mind walking you can find nice, picturesque beaches and avoid crowds in the main one.

Slow elevators, plates and glasses in the restaurant weren’t clean enough, a bit too crowded.

The room was clean with very comfortable bed. Good food for breakfast and dinner. Air condition worked properly. They cleaned the room every day, gave fresh towels. Nice entertainment shows at night. Good pool area with a good amount of sunbeds. We asked for a room with pool side wiev and althogh the hotel was full they made special effort to fulfill our request.

The wifi was very poor. The fridge is weak, barely cooled.

Entertainment was great, the kids really enjoyed the activities around the pool and the evening disco. Kevin, Mr Chocolate and Aroa were fantastic 😊 The food was great, always plenty of choice and lovely that there were options to have food cooked fresh to order.

The room was a little small for two adults and two children, not much space for suitcases and clothes. There was a fridge but no tea /coffee making facilities. However the room was very nice, modern decor and clean 👍

The staff welcome you with a warm greeting and explain everything to me how the hotel works I felt like I had come to the right place and Boy when we walked into the our room it had two biggest beds that I ever seen and they are comfortable also you get a good shower room, also a fridge, tv, and a good outside space to relax and enjoy.

I didn't dislike anything.
