From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were met with efficiency, friendliness and competence. Our first encounter was with Andres at reception. What a nice, friendly and helpful guy. We knew we had picked the right hotel for our visit to Salou. The hotel is well situated, approximately 5 minutes walk from the beach and the promenade. Our room, overlooking the pool, was bright, clean, spacious with a big bath/shower. Entertainment was laid on every night with some great bands/singers who got the guests boogeying and singing. The barstaff need mentioning at this point. Drinks were ordered and brought to the tables with great efficiency and professionalism by Joel, Jonathan, Daniel and David - masters of their trade. Breakfast was part of our package and it was great. A beautiful buffet served up every morning with a chef making omelettes and fried eggs on the spot. Whatever your favourite breakfast is, this breakfast buffet would suit your taste. All was kept in order by an efficient and smiling manager - Jordi. Great to meet a cheerful and genuine person first thing in the morning. All in all we had a very enjoyable visit to Salou with a great base in the H10 Vintage Salou.

There was nothing that we did not like at the H10 Vintage Salou.

Couldn't fault the place at all. Was so surprised considering the great price. Service, cleanliness, location, price, food, facilities and cocktails all brilliant. Will be back.

Roof terrace wasnt open in the evening to see the sunset until July when we were leaving. This should always be an option! I'd be there every night! You need a rack of free weights in the gym. The weight equipment is fine but doesn't give as many options as a free weight rack would.

Exceptionally clean and to the standard of other H10 properties. Pool area is well maintained and the staff are fantastic.

The pool is not heated which is fine but just be mindful of this. Music at the pool area is too loud and super repetitive. Rooms are small but adequate and comfortable. Food quality wouldn’t be incredible for full-board options - selection is great but would prefer limited selection of higher-quality options rather than mostly bland huge spread. Hotel is beside a busy highway with lots of loud cars and bikes - beyond the hotel’s control though.

The bedding was very comfortable, the pillows were amazing! We had half board and we were usually always happy with both breakfast and dinner. We never had a problem getting a sunbed by the pool. We liked the shows in the evening. And all the activites in the day time like bingo, painting, clay workshops etc. We were happy with mostly everything.

Only thing I can say is the floor and walls in our room could use a renovation (the bathroom was renovated though, with new floors). But honestly it didn’t really bother us. There is not a lot of young people at this hotel, but we didn’t mind it.

Lovely hotel, reception area and breakfast room is beautiful. Bed really comfortable, lots of pillows and mattress comfortable. Plenty of sun loungers, never had a problem getting one. Staff really friendly and helped book a taxi to airport on day of departure. Staff put a lot of effort into the activities at the hotel and are enthusiastic!

Room lacked mirror, could have done with one in the bedroom, was just one in the bathroom. Our air con worked well but did leak a little bit, we had to put a towel down on floor. Breakfast was good, the fruit juice was watered down and coffee could have been better. Would have preferred more fresh fruit at, there were fresh bananas, apples, peaches and watermelon. But one morning had tinned pineapple served at breakfast and then later that day I ordered a cocktail and there was a fresh bit of pineapple to decorate glass. We had a corner room, and our balcony did lack privacy at one side.

The hotel is in a fabulous location, just a few minutes walk from the beach . Staff are friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is spotless, card payment was encouraged but cash was not a problem. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast menu was varied and fresh .

No drinks facilities in the room We were there during low season and breakfast was only served from 08.00 until 10.00

Very tasty breakfast and dinner. Always a large selection of fruits. Excellent friendly staff. There is a Russian-speaking employee Alex. Thanks to him for his help.

The key was blocked on the day of departure from early morning (before the official departure time). I had to run to the reception to unlock it. It would be nice if the key was locked, as is the case everywhere else, after 11-12 a.m. and not during breakfast.

I liked the amount of space in the room and the facilities at the hotel. The rooftop pool was lovely and cinema night was a nice touch! The decor was nice and it was very clean. The breakfast buffet was great! Very relaxed vibe at the downstairs pool too. Nice staff.

Just some minor things, the doors of the bathroom are glass which is a little strange. The TV position in the room is difficult for everyone to see. Maybe have some coffee pods available for the machine. But otherwise a lovely hotel.

We had breakfast included and it was good. Location was perfect, very short walk to the beach/strip. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There was never enough parasols beside the pool. A mad scramble every morning when the pool opened to try and get a sunbed beside one of the few parasols that were there. Another 15-20 parasols would be very useful. Also, no kettle in the room.

Comfortable hotel with no children. Evening entertainment was really good as there wasn't much around locally, probably due to being at the start of the season? A good choice for evening meals.

This is an international hotel and caters for different countries tastes. On the days we had breakfast there were no tomatoes (tinned would have been okay) at breakfast.
