First of all staff is amazing, rooms are tidy, couldn't use gym or sauna/spa,but rest of the facilities are really good. Localisation of the hotel is excellent. Food was very good. Desserts were amazing.
Snooker tables were somewhat dirty and uneven, Snooker balls were sticky. Food was really good, but mostly monotonous ( but on the other hand there was a variety indeed).

1. Rooms and Hotel in general was really clean and tidy. 2. Whilst busy, plenary of sun lounger availability 3. Restaurant was well run and whilst there were queues to access the restaurant, they were managed well and never had to wait more than 10 mins (even at busy periods) 5. Staff were very friendly
1. Room were quite small for family of 4, which wasn’t a massive issue given we didn’t spend too much time in the room.

it was very central to both portaventura world and also the beach. the breakfast served was very good and fresh and all the staff were very helpful and attentive
