close proximity to the beach . bus stop was just 5 minutes walking distance . entertainment was decent for the kids and the pools were fun. cleaning ladies came every morning making sure to tidy up the room and the reception staff was more than accommodating. Thank you

Lobby bathrooms were quite dirty every time I used them. They should be cleaned at least 2-3 times a day. I booked a full board where drinks weren’t included which I understand. But to charge 2.20€ for a bottle of water for every lunch and dinner is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! That’s 25€ spent just on water in 5 days. Pools weren’t heated which for the end of September where the weather isn’t that hot anymore, is a must. Kids were freezing and didn’t enjoy themselves at all. Some of the dinning room staff were quite rude and not willing to help out when asked. it was disappointing.

Everything especially for the price. The amenities provided such as , pool slides, all inclusive snacks( ice cream/lolly choices, crisps, toastie, hotdogs chips etc), help yourself alcohol/non alcohol drinks including a water dispenser which had chilled still & sparkling option. Kids club- staff were lovely, bike hire onsite , entertainment at night, free safe, hairdryer was good in bathroom, usb ports (including at bedside lights), check-in at 2pm but got all inclusive wristbands to use from when we arrived (11.30). Servicing of rooms daily, friendliness of staff, location My toddler loved ' Hugo Best' (the hotel themed mascot ) , however we only seen Hugo once for 15 minutes the whole week at 10:15pm on our 1st night when he made a guest appearance , and I got a week of wheres Hugo?? for all the merchandise you promote for "Hugo" my feedback would be that he/she makes more of an appearance ( perhaps during the day & at nights) , might help shift the merchandise too

Lack of lifeguard - my toddler and I clashed coming down a slide, I got a badly bashed nose with a lot of blood , people seen it except the lifeguard who had a seat parked at the slides. When I got out off the pool , lifeguard was off having a leisurely stroll ( as you do) I ended up having to get my own ice and looking up google to see what to do Mini park, kids love a park but it could do with upgrading and a lot of bird poo in this area so perhaps it needs moved to another area Not enough of "Hugo Best"

We had a room just on front of the scene, so we was able to sleep only after midnight. We had no possibility to eat at the hotel as the restaurant was full and they had no possibility to upgrade from just room to the all inclusive.

Good price/quality balance, friendly staff, close to the sea and a lot to do for the kids. Rooms cleaned every day, varied food in the restaurant.

If you walk around the city, La-Pineda is boring and there is nothing to see, you have to go at least to Salou, and this is necessarily by car or by bus, because on foot is very far.Quite small rooms, a family of 4 people has nowhere to turn around, huge queues in the restaurant from 8-9 pm, in which you can stand for an hour, dirty dishes in the restaurant, for dinner is not included even water, all drinks must be ordered for money! All animation and entertainment in Spanish language.

Great breakfast, excellent location so close to the beach, Aquapolois waterpark and shops in La Pineda. Children's swimming pool with all the slides was amazing and kept our little one entertained for hours. Great food and drink at the poolside bar, too

The rooms weren't cleaned to the best standard, the floors stayed pretty dirty throughout our stay. The lack of tea and coffee making facilities and an iron with ironing board in the room was disappointing. Had to give a €20 deposit to reception for an iron which they then chased me for when I still had 3 days left of my holiday! Felt quite cheeky

Kids swimming pool, provided with 7 slides; kids entertainment indoor daily and from the stage on nights; cocktail bar; room and pools cleaning; professional reception; free parking in the nearby (a good one is big and along the Pineda beach strip); bus to Tarragona/Salou center/Cambrils very close; great value for money in June.

Lack of bidet in all rooms; lunch timetable has to be started at noon , due to the large amount of foreigner guests, as well as to avoid 2-hour slot only (1300-1500) crowding ; food not exactly at the Best 4-star Hotel standards (maybe it's just a 3-star for this reason); anyway great stay

Buffet breakfast was excellent, included such a variety from hot food like scrambled eggs, beans and sausages to hams, bread, pastries etc. Which could be used for lunch even… hotel bar was so nice and the cocktails for very cheap around €4/5 and the pizzas were around €7. The pools and slides were great fun for adults and kids. There is a little playcentre for younger kids on the hotel. Beach is a 3 minute walk away and paddle boats with slides can be rented out here for €20 with a €10 refundable deposit. For €5 you can rent out sun beds and you get a bottle of water or pint of beer included!! Great hotel. It was my birthday and I never mentioned it but they must have noticed from my passport because they brought a free bottle of bubbly to our hotel. So kind. Hotel exceeded expectations. Thank you, would return again! Also it was around a 15 minute bus ride to the main salou city centre. There is a bus around the corner from the hotel a two minute walk that takes you here, to the airport and also to Portaventura! Taxi to the airport was around €30 for 4 people.

A life guard at the slides told me to go even though there was a slide still in the slide, I collided with him and we both got hurt. The lifeguard just shrugged his shoulders and wasn’t apologetic, I found this rude and unsafe, should have been paying attention better. Other than this our stay was great!

Hotel was lovely, perfect for just myself and daughter. Very family friendly. Pool was nice and not too packed most days. We were half board and the food really was perfect. A different cuisine buffet every evening and lots of variety for the breakfast. There are shows every night for the kids, mostly in Spanish but still fun and a nice atmosphere for families. Room was nice and comfortable.

The location isn't great and it's nearly impossible to get a taxi. About a 40 minute wait. The bus services are good but had I known I would've gone more central salou. There are shops and the beach very close by.

We was in room 471 the shower was fantastic We loved the slides the fact the whole family could go on We loved the location it was perfect for us as a family Absolutely loved the water aerobics Entertainment staff and kids club are great! 2 minutes for the gorgeous beach ⛱ 15 minutes from the airport Really chilled out location x

There was nothing we didn't like we will be back next year absolutely loved it! If i had to pick something i would say more staff on the bar in the day time little bit of a wait for a drink. if the entertainment staff could speak in English also so we can understand what happening next, maybe at the bar an English menu. But we managed fine and didn't find it a problem at all, we will definitely be returning to this hotel all the staff are lovely and very friendly 😊

Such a beautiful hotel, great location, close to the beach and not in a noisy location. Modern comfortable rooms, good size. The kids loved the waterpark, it provided hours of fun. Pools were very clean and supervised attentively by lifeguards, grounds were spotless! The buffet food was just amazing! The selection of different dishes was unreal, all beautifully presented and so tasty! So much fresh seafood and the deserts were to die for. I have happily gained a few kilos here! The staff were friendly and helpful and work so hard to make your stay memorable. The kids club was an additional bonus with activities throughout the day and the shows, music and entertainment were brilliant. We had a great holiday!

The only negative thing, but it isn't really anything is the coffee- I'm not a fan of machine coffee.
