Great bedrooms, with hot water, and bathtub. It's in a great location, the easier way to get from airport is by busplana. With shops around, not noisy overnight at all.very good for kids.great food, and good entertainment for kids. The pools are amazing and it has a pool indoor ( for when the weather isn't great) .

The thing I didn't like at all was the WiFi. So slow, can't do anything.

The staff is friendly, the hotel area is cleaned every morning (despite the fact that some guests leave heaps of trash behind them), the quality and variety of food is excellent! We had a couple of comments (clogged sink and missing shampoo in the room): after contacting the reception, the problems were fixed within an hour.

Missing hood in the toilet (there is simply no ventilation🙄) and lack of a toilet brush 🙈. The quality of cleaning in the room is good, but could be better. For example, shampoo/shower gel should be checked and refilled regularly.

I liked the pool in front of the hotel. I liked that the night is quiet.

The man at the entrance to the Kitchen (the oldest) is very arrogant and very mean. He shouted and glared at everyone. I understand that he has been working there for many years, but you are replacing a man who knows how to talk to people. The cleaning in the rooms for 6 days while I stayed only made the bed and for 3 days I did not receive towels. When I was there 4 years ago, it was much better, now this hotel is getting worse and worse. You don't have a cleaner to wipe all the mess from the corridor or elevators.

Great for a family holiday, especially with younger children. My boy is 4years old and the splash park was perfect, met a couple of good families who had children the same age so they all played away and had a big waterfight which kept everyone amused.

I’m not normally one to comment on the food as all inclusive hotels etc are normally all on par with what they serve etc however this hotel in particular the food at meal times is very repetitive. Didn’t seem to be any change in the 5 days I was there, but deffo value for money - would still consider returning.

Love our room with balcony. Great facilities with breakfast buffet (so many options to choose from) and the best would be the waterpark for kids as well as the beach just outside the hotel. Food and drinks were affordable too. Lots of restaurants outside the hotel. Bus stop is also near the hotel around 7-10min walk. Would definitely come back again.

Wifi inside the room has no connection. Staff couldn’t do anything about it. Some of the plates and cups were dirty.

Awesome pool with slides for kids, and the bigger kids as well, jaccuzi, gym and indoor small waterpool:) they have private part of the sand beach, the beggining of June there was quite warm water in the sea. Everyday cleaning service. About the food - when u take full feeding option- its enough abt dining, various types of foods, sweets, fruits. Only drinks are paid extra. 10 min by car to ParkAventura World. Good place to go with kids;) I will be back.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, Gemma in particular went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food was ok and repetitive but we were expecting this. The location of the property was handy as it was a 10-15 minute taxi ride to the main centre. The kids pool and splash park were a decent size and it never felt like it was overcrowded as there was enough space for all.

Food options could be changed each day

The water park for kids is good with nice slides. Small beach near the hotel is nice and cozy and close to the hotel. Nice jakuzzi and pools are good to chill out. Nice big beds in the room are comfortable.

Same food all the time, not super high quality of coffee. The room service doesn't clean very well each time.

An "all-in-one" Hotel especially for families with small kids. Buffet breakfast has everything for everyone, buffet dinner (€10 adults, €kids) is very value for money too. Staff always ready to help. Highly recommended.

Parking is a huge problem. Unless you book in advance the Hotel Parking (€12 daily). English language is a problem, but staff will make an effort to help.

Great hotel for family's slides were fab kids entertainer was brilliant. Nothing for Teenagers. Entertainment at night was for younger kids a few good acts on. Food was great at breakfast not good at the dinner. Over all it was a good stay

Always queues at reception need more staff on at check ins. It's about 10 minutes out from city centre have to get a taxi every time which can cost between 7 to 15 euros one way
