Hotel in great location close to beach. Ample choice of food which was always well presented. All staff were friendly, approachable and we're always eager to please.

The hotel has a formal dress code (long trousers) for dinner which sadly was not enforced. This resulted in a number of clientele turning up for dinner very shabbily dressed which in my view was very disrespectful to the hotel, its staff and those adhering to the formal dress code.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful position on the beach. Everything was very clean, decor elegant, food good and staff generally very professional and helpful. I liked the fact that a lot of the food was traditionally Spanish , allowing us to try new tastes. The staff in the restaurant and the bar were especially good, particularly the chefs who cooked the fresh food, they always smiled. The pool was secluded and private and food , snacks and drinks in the bar were readily available. The evening entertainment provided was also good. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

The toilet door which did not close , to ensure privacy, was a bit strange .Also facility for a tea, coffee and water in reception for those who needed to check out before the restaurant opened, would be helpful. As is true in most hotels with buffet service the food was quite cold , particularly the baked beans. It might be better to pop them into a soup container to keep them hot. Only small issues though, overall everything excellent.

The location was quiet and beachfront. The food was good. The bed was comfortable, room was spacious and the shower was good.

The key card wristbands needed to be reset daily. It would have been good to have sunloungers on the beach.

This hotel is right on the beach so it was fabulous to be able to just step outside and be on the sand! The beach is extremely clean, the water was glorious! The staff were very very helpful and happy to have us there - apparently we were the first Canadians - and I hope not the last because we really enjoyed the hotel - it was very clean, it felt new and spacious and airy and even the sweet housekeeper on our floor was happy to see us. The buffet had a very large selection and it looked all very fresh so we were always able to find some thing to have. Even the drink prices were very reasonable! We liked this place, this location and these people so much we decided to stay one more day!!!

We had an issue with the shower drain when we arrived but I was able to fix it myself. It was a bit off putting to have to clean it but I mentioned it to the front desk and they were very apologetic. The wait time for checking in etc was very long, I would suggest maybe having a second person there at check in times if possible. The elevator was very slow and wonky (If you pressed the button after someone else, it would ignore your request. - this may be how it was programmed for Covid reasons?)

The location of the hotel was great right on the beach . Staff were lovely and helpful. Manager very nice and very hands on and friendly. Did half board food was lovely with loads of choices. Our room was fablous, shower brilliant.

There was nothing not to like. Loved this hotel.

Everything... from the beautiful comfy spotless room, stunning sea view, direct beach access, lovely pool area, very friendly staff, fantastic food, breakfast & dinner, loads of variety in foods. Victor, the hotel director, was a regular friendly presence on site, checking all was well.

Absolutely nothing...bar the rain that greeted us on arrival but that cleared fairly quickly. !!

The location is brilliant, right on a lovely beach. The outside part of the restaurant feels like it is on actually on the beach. The hotel is modern inside, we had a superior room overlooking the beach at the front. The pool area is small, but it nicely laid out and clean. The buffet food was of a good standard, with some items cooked when requested. The fresh orange juice with breakfast is a great touch. Overall we really enjoyed our stay amd found the hotel very relaxing.

- good breakfast, but I was disappointed by the small variety of vegetables and most of the fruits being unripped. Also, it had average coffee. - lunch and dinner don't include any drinks, they need to be paid extra

Spotlessly clean and modern right next to the beach. very friendly staff and an amazing breakfast . Freshly squeezed orange juice and every possible item you could want. only cost an extra £7 on room rate. Free parking nearby. Quite difficult to find a space but it was bank holiday and even then we did manage. I imagine parking would usually be quite easy. The pool looked good but too cold to brave it. Extremely good value for money we paid.

Nothing really. The balcony overlooked the car park but at least the room had a balcony we could sit out on.

This Hotel is fabulous, right on the beach, literally 5 paces from the back of the hotel. Its very clean, very modern food superb, catering for everyone ..and will whole heartedly recommend.
