The location is great, 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Yumbo, supermarket 2 minutes away. Check-in was great, we arrived at midday expecting to leave our luggage and check-in at 2pm, however we were told our room was ready and we checked in immediately. I have stayed here once before and had one of the rooms that open onto the pool, I had one of these again and they are great,

I was not expecting the 50 euro deposit on arrival in cash, I probably just didn't read that, but this is new since my last visit. Kettle had a broken lid, toaster broken, bottle opener broken, we got a replacement bottle opener from reception, the others we didn't worry about as this really is value for money.

For this price you could not pick a better place. Great location, close to the beach. 5 minutes walk to the beach and a plus that you come down to the very best part of the beach with all the restaurants and shops. Close to the bus, 5 minutes walk from the airport bus. Close to supermarkets. Nice pool area with one of the bigger pools in this area. It wasn´t too cold either, so we used the pool a few times. Nice to have o poolbar. The apartement was just fine for us three, we had all we needed. Nice balcony. We were lucky to get the highest floor with most sunny hours on balcony.

Its quite noisy outside in the evenings and you want to sleep with the window open cause there is no air condition and it gets to hot with closed window. So be prepared to wake up a few times when people come back from night life. But it is in the middle of the center so its just something you have to count with, nothing that the hotel can change.

It's close to the beach but not too close to hear the noise from the bars. The bed was comfortable, as well as the pillows. The pool is nice. And you have pool views from the terrace that is good to have a beer. We asked for a chair for babies and immediately it was in our room which was much appreciated. The kitchen is basic but you have everything you need. The area is curious: there's an Hiperdino and other shops, although the shopping center looks scary.

It's quite old and need a renovation. Looks like for 40 nothing has been repaired. There's a lot of echo from everywhere and you can hear people upstairs going to the bathroom. Can't complain much because our baby is not the most silent creature in the world but knowing that you disturb everybody doesn't help. Oh, and prepare 50 euros in cash before check in. The only ATMs that are close charge a commission of 4 euros (these typical scam ATMs Euronet). Also we booked last minute so for us it was overpriced but generally it would be a good value for money if you don't want to pay much.

The staff were more than helpful. The apartments were cleaned every morning aside from 2, fresh towels were provided. Bins were emptied everyday. There was a great coffee machine in the room. The clotheshorse to dry clothes was very convenient. The apartments were really close to the beach and Yumbo Center. Very close to a supermarket. Being able to buy water and bread rolls at reception is very convenient.

The kitchen could have done with a oven. The pool was not heated so I thought it was a little cold. The WiFi only worked some of the time. The apartment said it could sleep 4, but I thought there was just enough space for 1 person. If you are looking to party, chose a different apartment. While the apartments were clean, they are old and dated. There are 2 single beds which is a bit inconvenient. A double bed would be much nicer.

We liked how calm and quiet it was. Swimming pool was clean and nice.The bar by the pool was nice to have. He even made sandwiches for us. He served us to the bench. He was nice. The people in the reception was very nice and helpful as well the cleaning lady. The hotel was in a short distance to the beach and also only about 10 min walk to the Yumbo shopping center where we played Mini golf almost every day and met friends.

The internet connection could have been better and you do not have a connection in the bedroom. But I heard that its a problem in many hotels. One thing I missed is that I would like to have a chair on the balcony that you can lay back on.

Location is good, around 10/15 minutes walk from town centre (via stairs). Pool area is big and perfect for relaxing. All rooms look toward the pool and balcony is sunny for the whole day. Apartment is quite big to spend comfortably many days relaxing without the necessity of staying out the whole day. Great price for the value!

Kitchen is furnished with bare minimum: still enough to make breakfast or heat and eat food bought elsewhere. Furnitures are very old fashioned, although this is just aesthetic and not a real issue: bed is comfortable and everything is working perfectly. No aircon or fan: temperature was acceptable in November, this might be problematic during hotter months.

Nice appartments with big swimming pool. Very close to the beach and the center with bars and restaurants, only a few minutes walking. Because we were on the 6th floor we didn't hear too much noise from the street.

The bed was a little bit small for 2 persons, and the blanket was even smaller... No airco, only an old noisy fan (luckily it was not too hot when we stayed there)

The apt at the pool was great come out patio doors and your at the pool, handy gate saves you walking all the way down to reception, the pool bar is good but should do food, snacks etc,

The rooms are very outdated and the whole place could do with refurbishing, only a few utensils, cups etc, very uncomfortable bed settee which is only a settee, and ants everywhere, but the outside pool area is lovely,also we had my brother who is disabled and that is a steep lane you have to walk down and up with a chair,

The swimming pool area was great and we appreciated the small pool for toddler/small kids. Pool WC and the area was clean and tidy.

I was quite disapointed that I got much higher price for myself and kid 2 years old on making reservation via booking.com, counting us as two persons for the room, while I could pay much less - just one person as kids under 3yrs are for free. Next time I will check direct offer, not only booking.com.

A well run hotel from the golden sun-days of Playa Ingles. Great value for money, good facilties in apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool, quiet athmospehre,, easy to get to both beach and shopping, reacahble by buses.
