The hotel is set in a beautiful location overlooking the sea and a lovely wooded area regularly used by people. We couldn't fault the facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was nice with the usual variety. We ate out so can't comment on the dinner.

The inside area where the entertainment takes place could do with air con turned on while entertainment is taking place.

Second visit this year. Love it here. Not too big. Super friendly staff. Exceptionally clean. Adults who didn’t put their towels out at 5am. Always a lounger available. Life guard.

The AC was a bit overworked & the fridge could be colder but nothing to complain about. They were adequate

All of the staff were very friendly. The spa was a brilliant added extra, especially as it was free to use the facilities. The pool area was lovely and well kept. Breakfast was good with lots of different choices, although some days were better than others. Free parking is a great bonus. The hotel bar was very reasonably priced, especially for drinks with some being cheaper than you'd pay in the town.

The hotel is a little dated and could possibly do with some modernising. People were reserving sunbeds with towels for a number of hours. The mini fridge in the room was not very cold. The use of the safe has an additional charge.

I Like the quiet and calm of an adults only hotel. It is clean and comfortable throughout. Staff are friendly and helpful. Even on a rainy day we could keep ourselves busy with the indoor pool and spa area. The rooms are spacious with a nice balcony and plenty of storage so you can feel organised for the duration of your stay. Whilst the location isn’t ideal if you want something more lively or easy access to the town, the town and main beach can be accessed within a 10-15 minute walk so you benefit from having access to town and beaches along with being able to retreat from all the noise to relax in your hotel.

I had asked for an upstairs room but we were downstairs and felt our room offered a particularly poor view with a tomato plant growing in front of our room. I appreciate that sea views are extra, but we had no light in our room so couldn’t always dry our towels / swimwear on the clothes airer over night because of the lack of natural light - our room seemed to be the only one of very view with such and obstruction so we were just unlucky. There were signs around the pool saying no smoking, however this wasn’t enforced and I do object to passive smoking / vaping.

I stayed here for a couple of nights ahead of hosting a retreat nearby, so I needed somewhere to rest and prepare. The hotel was lovely all 'round. I had a great room with a lovely view to Babylon Beach. The facilities were just what was needed, and very clean and well maintained. There's lots of lovely places to chill out and catch the sun throughout the property and the pool was a nice size. There was plenty to offer for breakfast. The hotel is around a 10 minute walk to the main area of the port of Santa Eularia, which you can go by cliff path or road, but I wouldn't have wanted to walk back by the cliff path in the dark on my own as there is little lighting. Overall, a great place to stay for a visit to Santa Eularia and exploring the rest of Ibiza.

The walls are a little thin, so I could hear some heavy snoring coming from a few different rooms!

Beautifully laid out hotel on a promontory by the med, surrounding a lovely lake-style pool. You can walk straight out from the pool into a lovely shaded area under the pines with loungers for sitting and watching the sea. And then onto the coast path itself. Great breakfasts, didn’t have the dinner package. The spa is very pleasant especially at the moment with limited numbers at one time. You can walk into town along the coast, or slightly more quickly along the road. We tended to drive as it is a bit of a walk. Two good supermarkets within walking distance too.

Our room had a fantastic sea view, but also overlooked a public car park which could be noisy at times, with some antisocial behaviour late at night. If going for these rooms, and wanting to sit out in the night time, would recommend either getting a room at least half way along, or else maybe a room facing inwards to the pool or terrace area which seemed pretty quiet.

I was a little worried on the first night as only 2 choices of food and one chef , we waited 50 mins for rice to come out as most of the food had been eaten by 8pm. On the 2nd night and for the rest of the holiday the food was fantastic , lots of choice , 2/3 chefs cooking while you waited, everything presented really well and couldn’t fault it . Staff were really friendly , hotel spotless. The rooms were larger than we thought and beds really comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

No air conditioning in the gym and no water in there either . Only used for one morning as too hot to train.

a little disappointed when we arrived we were upgraded to a suite which was large and beautiful with 2 bathrooms and a lounge ,surrounded by trees and the sea in the distance. I’d purposely booked a twin room with sea view to sit out on the balcony, for me and my daughter but apparently they’d been all taken. great staff especially on the bar. spotlessly clean.

it’s a 25 minute walk to Santa Eulalia centre where Restaurant street is and a 15 min walk to the marina

old charm of the hotel with a pleasing pool area. loved the bar and cafe by the pool.

could have had a bar upstairs open at night. also the cafe bar didn’t open earlier enough for a coffee etc

Friendly staff. Marvellous choice of food for breakfast and evening meal. Relaxed atmosphere. Lovely pool.

Virtually nothing. A taxi ordered failed to come after 35 minutes. Hardly the hotels fault though.
