I liked the location and ability to park the car on site, stunningly beautiful property, massive bed, spa bath and a balcony - what more could want!
Couldn’t hook into the wifi with the code available, but as the proprietor was in the adjacent building, I wasn’t bothered about chasing it up! I am sure it would have been resolved if I had asked.

The location was amazing for the price. I’m attempting the Camino de Santiago and it was right on the trail for starters. The room was so clean and well put together. I wanted to stay longer but I had to hit the trail unfortunately. The staff was not only helpful but very genuine, much appreciated.

not long after we checked in, we discovered that there was a private event planned for that evening on the patio right outside our window. There was a serving table literally set up against our window. The staff were very attentive and quickly moved us to a different room .

Had a bath with shower attachment but due to sloping ceiling/beams it wasn't possible to use it as a shower. Walls very thin, could hear everything next door. Unable to connect to wi fi

Great location, 3 minute walk from centre of Santillana, and free car park, which was great. Room for one night stop over was fine, but if we'd been their longer, all a bit basic and low eaves. Also, breakfast, which we were happy to pay for, was very basic. Toast or croissant, which they insisted on toasting as a "bit dry" by the girl's own evaluation. Overall, fine accommodation for a short one night stopover.
