Great location - close to bus stop and the beach. Was about €20 taxi ride from the airport (€5 if you take the bus). Breakfast was amazing - great selection at the buffet and freshly cooked eggs etc. There are 2 big pools to swim in and a spa centre with additional facilities (€50 per person per day on weekends). There are bars around the pool (operated by hotel staff) to get a drink to relax. Didn't even need to leave the resort for the whole day! The Sky Restaurant offered great selection of food for dinner and great view. Very friendly and professional staff. I really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come again.

The rooms itself was a bit dated, but still comfortable. The bathroom appears to be newer which was good.

I really liked this hotel, excellent facilities and services. The pools are fantastic, the spa is wonderful. Calm atmosphere and well behaved guests. S'Arenal beach is just an 8-minute walk away and has wonderful water at 25 degrees Celsius. There is a Mercadona and a Lidl just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The rooms have a kitchenette, so you can buy on the Supermarket and have lunch or dinner in your room. The Sky Restaurant (top floor of the hotel) has a lot of variety and good food on the buffet, about 60 euros for 2 persons. It's worth a try once. There are many restaurants and variety in the immediate area. Safe area for walks by night. Taxi from airport to Hotel costs about 20 euros ( one way). There is also a bus stop very near the hotel to the airport (line A2, costs 5 euros per person, one way). The hotel has a parking place for bikes. There is also parking for cars at front of hotel for free.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, quite spacious room, good beds and large bathroom. Room also had a small kitchenette and washing facilities, but for some reason there was no washing detergent or washing brush - a cleaning lady gave us those when we asked. Cleaning lady was very lovely person, thanks for her!

Gym, inside swimming pool and sauna were nice, but gym equipment was partly outdated and sauna and swimming pool instructions were... well, there was none. People did not wash themselves before swimming and sauna, meaning they were potentially spreading body odour, sweat and diseases like foot infection. And, hotel calls it "Finnish sauna", but that was not Finnish, since in Finland they have a heater where you throw water, and also sauna rules are strict, for example you must wash yourself before sauna - and no swimming suits in sauna. Also, for some reason hotel personnel did always speak german first to us, propably because the hotel had lots of german customers.

I loved everything, the hotel was stunning, lots of pools and space to not be fighting for a sun lounger, food was good, beds were comfy I didn't want to leave

My only gripe was the housekeepers. I specifically put the no housekeeping sign on my door, which I always do when travelling particularly when alone and they entered my room which I was really didn't like when I specifically asked for no one to come in. And when it came to check out they knocked on my door half an hour early and when I said i wasn;t ready to leave my room get she was tapping on her watch as if to tell me to leave. That was the only let down for me.

Much better than expected, really lovely. Large rooms, all very clean. Excellent breakfast and lovely lunch from the pool bar.

Very disappointed that our 4 rooms were completely spread out and no where near each other, despite requesting on booking and directly with reception. It really let it down and unfortunately we would not book again for this reason. We also asked 3 times if any of us could change rooms and were told the hotel was completely full, when it clearly wasn’t. Hotel was much bigger than expected and we were so spread out. Would not recommend unless you are in a couple as could completely ruin the holiday especially if you have kids and are put nowhere near them.

In the indoor pool area: - somewhat worn out - needs a tidy up - some wood and screws at the pool too lose and directly dangerous - the bar closes too early - like 11.00

A very nice hotel. Wonderful indoor pool/sauna. Good breakfast, lots of options. For the price, it is wonderful value for money. Especially if you want a quieter stay.

It is a little far from the beach and central "tourist" areas (but there is a bus stop nearby). The flooring around the pool looked damaged in places. Might need a bit of repair.

Amazing place, not noisy at all, easy for public transportation. The spa is amazing, hot swimming pools, sauna, etc... Daniela at the reception and the lady of the spa was very nice and welcoming. They upgraded my room, huge room all amenities, swimming pool. That hotel is a dream. Don't waist your time trying other hotels. This one is amazing.

Just the timing of everything, the dinner ends at 21.30 and the spa at 8pm. Wished they both closed around midnight so I would have had time to explore during the day and come back to a nice massage.

Staff were very helpful. Facilities were great. Used gym most days. Used the spa. Choice of outdoor pools. Plenty of beds at pools. Breakfast was very nice with varied choices. Close to several very good restaurants. Had buffet dinner option in hotel. Close to beach. Suites very comfortable. Were also coeliac friendly with gluten free options.

Nothing about the hotel but the strip at the beach is tacky with lots of drunk people. Hotel is far enough away from this.

I travelled with a friend. Our stay was only 4days, but the resort exceeded my expectations. It was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff, great food, amazing facilities, super clean. Our room had a small terrace outside, a spacious bathroom and even a small living room/kitchen…we had everything we needed and more. The temperature in the room was perfect at all times. I didn’t know exactly what to expect and all I can say is that the resort was amazing. Great value for money. I totally recommend this place!!
