Loved that it was right off the Plaza Mayor- The staff was fantastic, helpful and knowledgeable. For a small fee, they valet parked our car and brought it back at check out and even escorted us back through the narrow city streets. The room was nice, modern conveniences. We enjoyed the spa.

We loved everything about this property- the only comment would be to let them know if you have mobility issues- as to be expected in a historic building, know there are stairs. There is a lift/ elevator- but still stairs to navigate with luggage.

Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Lovely historic building with original features. Friendly, very helpful, kind staff. Comfortable firm beds. Nice spa though not especially large or fancy. Clean and tidy throughout. Very calm, fuss-free stay all over.

Basic hotel guide-book or leaflet missing, so we were unaware of breakfast service times for example. Breakfast setup a little unusual with coffee being brought to your table by a waiter from the kitchen which was clearly a long distance away. Fridge / minibar was missing from one of our rooms. Not really an issue for us so we didn't mention it. Lights are either On or Off in the room, so if one of two people wants to read late it's tricky for the other to fall asleep. Housekeeping quite noisy in corridors and rooms nearby, so if wanting to sleep late it was not ideal.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Location perfect and we loved the spa circuit. The private parking option allowed us to virtually drive to the door, which was super convenient on a hot July afternoon, and well-worth the cost. Its location allowed to get to all the monuments we wanted to experience, as well as nice restaurants on Plaza Mayor, which is metres away. ¡Muy buena ubicación!

A minor thing but our air conditioning was controlled by reception, who were very efficient and helpful when we called to adjust it but still, a remote in our room would have been better. (I think some other rooms do have remotes) Anyway, this didn't spoil any of our stay though, and we will return to Hotel Spa La Casa Mudéjar.

Its location is really really close to the plaza mayor and the cathedral. Didn't have breakfast. Usually those breakfast are too heavy for me. The room was wide, it had lots of light, it was really clean. The spa was really nice. And the staff was the best

The only thing that I asked for that wasn't up to my expectations: I asked in booking for a single bed. It had two.

Excellent location. Lovely decoration in the room. I enjoyed the spa very much. A kettle in the room to make tea was much appreciated as this is quite rare in Spain.

Rather confusing instructions as to where to park the car temporarily for check in and my husband found it difficult to find the recommended carpark and had to use a different one.

The room was small but funcional with a nice size bathroom. We were given bathrobes to use in the Spa. Very enjoyable after a full day of sightseeing. The property is close to almost all the attractions. The most was a 10 minute walk.

The room was a good size with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was excellent, right by the square (Plaza Mayor) and the Cathedral de Segovia and a easy walk in between the Castle and the Aquaduct.

Interesting hotel very near cathedral with great reception and many amenities including restaurant and spa onsite. Rooms were basic but large, clean and comfortable. Would definitely return.

Very quiet, in spite of being at the centre and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions.

We felt that the spa opening times were too short.

The walls were very thin and the airconditioning could not be regulated by you, you had to call down to do it.
