Perfect location - very central with loads of food places nearby and only few minutes walk from the Alcázar and the cathedral. We arrived after midnight and the staff were great with communication and keeping in contact, they gave us the entry code and room details beforehand as well as how to get to the hotel from airport via taxi. We stayed in room 5 - room & bathroom were spacious, clean and well decorated. Bed was pretty comfortable but I personally didn’t like the pillow very much, my friend however thought the pillow was ok.

As it’s centrally located, there was quite a bit of noise from outside during some nights. If you’re going during the colder months and get cold easily like me, you’ll most likely find the room cold when the heating isn’t on (i.e. during the night/early morning when you wake up) but they do provide an extra blanket which helps.

Very nice location in the old city in a nice old building. Good room with water cooker. All facilities present and clean.

The breakfast can be bought in the main building of the hotel on a short walk. It is supposed to start at 7.45 but both days the buffet was not ready before 8:15 or even later. This led me to not being able to enjoy some of the breakfast items such as the hot items that only appeared when I was ready. This is not so nice as the breakfast is rather expensive.

The online check-in worked properly, but the doors are not yet ready for code entry by guests. We called the parent hotel and staff let us in and provided a key card within 2-3 minutes. Location is close to the Alcazar, Plaza de Espana, and historic town center. The staff at the parent hotel are very helpful, well-trained professionals.

Noise from the room above us and the hallways was not excessive, but clearly audible. The refrigerator was not cold, more of a cool storage space. Some glasses for the bathroom would be helpful; we used the coffee cups from the main room.

Nice room, comfortable beds, ionized water that we got every day, quick service when its needed, the support of the main hotel, options to rent a bike, location was great - everything was near on a walking distance, the receptionist connected us to agencies that organized free guided tour of the city, Alcazar and cathedral, every problem was quickly solved and we enjoyed staying in Seville

We got a room that had no seperate bathroom, you could see the shower from the bed, jacuzzi that we were happy to have as an option in the main hotel didn't work, there was a big bug inside our room that got into my stuff but hotel personel solved it when we called them

Good location I mean you are real close to most popular sightseeing, fast internet. Fast communication with staff. Nice balcony but really small.

Closest parking 25 euro per day, cleanliness wasn't what I expected. Mold in shower, hair on floor. Also there was a cockroach 5cm long, so if you travel with pregnant wife, you should be know about it and be prepared to face it that pretty big insect. Quietness it is not about this location, cause you are in city center, wall and doors is not noiseprooffed

Beautiful hotel at a great location, the room had everything you could possibly need during your stay. The check-in process was a bit confusing, I'd recommend contacting the hotel beforehand to arrange for a staff member to let you in. The main hotel is only a few minutes walk away, so if there are issues these are easily solved. Sergio was extremely friendly and thoughtful, a great asset to the hotel. My room was stunning, the location is really good for exploring the city. Overall a really great stay, would be my go-to if I visit this wonderful city again!

The only slight disappointment was the service at the main hotel's restaurant/bar, I'd recommend eating out and getting breakfast at one of the nice brunch places close by.

The location was PERFECT to visit the city: it's in the area of Santa Cruz, probably the best area for restaurants and bars, but also in a very quiet and silent corner of the neighborhood, so the room was very silent. Our room was great, with a balcony overlooking some orange trees, best way to wake up every day

Maybe the bed could have been a bit bigger, but it was not a big deal :)

Everything about our weeks stay was exceptional The room was cleaned every day fresh water coffee and milk was replenished in our fridge Fresh towels toiletries and shower and hair products replenished when required We were celebrating or 50th wedding anniversary Sergio the hotel manager was extremely sincere and offered us a bottle of the finest Cava free of charge The hotel was situated in the heart of the Old Jewish village It was quaint with plenty of souvenir shops and tapas bars,restaurants with the finest quisene the main city centre and shopping plaza was 15 minutes walk It's a must to visit this incredible value for money hotel

From the moment we landed late and needed help accessing our room to the luggage storage, and free coffee and biscuits offered to us upon our check out, the employees at Rey Don Pedro's partner hotel provided us with exceptional service. The room was lovely (cleaned daily) and the location absolutely perfect for easy access to all of seville's top attractions. Just to cap it off, the value was excellent too Would 100% stay here if visiting Seville again. Muchos gracias!

The hotel manager couldn't do more to make us feel confortable. Very attentively and welcoming. The atmosphere and food in the restaurant were lovely. Very professional staff; very tasty food. We loved the booklet about the hotel and main attractions in Seville. Very interesting information and really well presented; well-done!
