We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with my family of 4. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Location is great, walking distance to main attractions ( 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral) with lots of dining options nearby. Even though we stayed during the busiest time of the year ( Easter weekend) the apartment was always quiet. The staff is very polite and willing to help.

Even though the apartment had a washer and dryer in unit , the dryer wasn’t working properly and had to borrow a drying rack from the front desk.

Very nice apartment, very close to the principal monuments, everything was walkable even with a 3 year old. Very good for families, with two separated bedrooms and 1 and a half bathrooms.

We found some hair in different areas of the department, nothing too bad, bud we must to clean before take our stuff outside. The stairs were not small kids friendly. When we did the checkout we call and sended messages several times to ask if they have a place to keep the luggage, but they never replied, hopefully very close was a looker.

The room was clean apart from a bit of dust under the beds. Very large room. Double had fitted wardrobe and side tables with lamps. Beds are very comfortable and sheets spotless. The shower and toilet were very good, with hand soap and shower gel but no shampoo. Outside was a large patio with a table and 4 chairs but not much of a view, but sunny outlook. Excellent lift to 2nd floor.

The safe in the double bedroom didn't work as the batteries were corroded in place. As a consequence, my sister in law left her purse with £200, some euros, and 2 pairs of earrings in her bedroom. We went out for 1/2 an hour to get some provisions, and her purse was gone on our return. Be warned. The tv wasn't internet connected, and not all the spanish channels worked. The kitchenet is small with only one sharp cooking knife. The double bedroom had no wardrobe, only a small cupboard and no draws. Only one large 4-seater settee.

Very good location within walking distance from a lot of major attractions. The museum, which is just across the road, is excellent and free of charge. There is a selection of supermarkets near by for self catering, and the kitchen is quite well equipped. The pool area is nice, even if the pool is not very large.

We did not get the apartment that we had booked at arrival, but were allocated to an apartment of a much lower standard. We had to prove our point by showing the pictures that were attached to our booking and had to wait until the next day before our apartment was free. If we hadn't protested immediately after arrival, we would not have had the apartment that we had paid for, as the receptionist tried to persuade us to keep the first one. The internet wasn't very fast, especially at night time. The pool water could have been cleaner.

The location here is excellent - you can walk to the cultural and historical sites. There are great cafes and restaurants on your doorstep, you can easily get to the shopping zones in under 15 minutes. You felt safe - there were literally bars at every window. The apartment was cool, and well provided for.

The website can be a little deceiving - only a small handful of apartments have private patios / balconies. Our own was in the basement and at first, with no personal outdoor space, which we thought we were getting on booking. This did make a difference to our stay.

checking in when arriving late at night. There needs to be a detailed map showing you how to get to the other apartments to pick up your key. And clearer instructions, about the phone number, not a WhatsApp number (we are of the older generation who didn’t know how to do this) also after a long journey, it would have been good to have a few provisions, Water, Milk and bread. we were very hungry and didn’t want to venture out into an unfamiliar city late at night.

Location is really good, not so close to the city centre, but still in the closeby area. The property looks very simple on the outside, but inside it's a whole different world. Loved the apartment, super spacious, bright and very comfortable for three people. Highly recommended!

At the beginning it was hard to find the way to the apartment since there are three patios inside the building, and the way there can be confusing. Other than that, all the rest was very good. Great place to stay and value for money can't be better!

Great location for a trip to Seville, near to transport and the main attractions. Good facilities.

Rooftop pool was not terribly clean none of the pumps seemed to be working. Just wanted a quick dip to cool off but a bit disappointing. Car parkking adverrtised as €20 oer day but not made clear that if you wanted parking you had to pay for the whole duration of your stay. We stayed 7 nights, hired a car for 2 days so would have had to pay for 7 days. If that's the case it should be made clear in the information.

Location, and information on run up to stay, staff were fantastic and language was not an issue, comfortable apartment and beds , super clean, kitchen had all we needed to cook for ourselves, the whole building was quiet in the evening. I loved all the plants around the area, absolutely beautiful.

Hot water ran out quickly in shower. Everything else was perfect.

The flat is quite big with 3 separate bedrooms. The salon and the kitchen are large and you have all in the kitchen even a small cleaning kit includes the essentials. The location is fantastic, very close to the important spots of Sevilla.

İts quite hard to solve how the AC works as there is a sensor on the corridor and you need to target with the remote for that. Otherwise it's not receiving the signal for any change. The backroom was a bit noisy as its window was close to the internal area and elevator. The parking entrance is a bit narrow for big cars like SUV.
