The staff of the hotel was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is also incredible, as it was a short walk from the city centre, bus station from/to airport and other places in the town. The room also had a small terrace.

The walls between the rooms are very thin, and therefore there is some noice from the other rooms. When you go out of the room, the outside handle is also locked, and because of that the only way to close the door is to slam it, which also creates a lot of noise when people are going in and out from their rooms.

Perfect for a week-end, very cute hotel. The receptionist, Jacob, is amazing ! He made sure that we had the best experience. We definitely recommend it !

If you have a room on the ground floor there will be noise in the morning when people eat breakfast.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was amazing, always trying to make your stay more enjoyable. The hotel is in the centre of the old town which means you can get anywhere you want to go on foot. There are a number of restaurants nearby. The best part, for us, was how quiet it was at night. We were on the ground floor, just past the lobby, and it was the quietest room we have ever stayed in. We had the best sleep of our entire trip to that point. The only small quibble I have is that breakfast was only available after 8:30 but that might be just Spain because the next hotel we stayed in started breakfast at 9. It is true that things get started later here. I have no hesitations in recommending this hotel.

A cosy small and new hotel in Seville Downtown! The location couldn't be better as you are rightly in the center and just 10 min. walk to Triana, 20 min. walk to Seville Cathedral and just few minutes walk from Calle Sierpes which is the main commercial street in the Capital! We booked a Deluxe Double Room and was quite big and nice! And everything is very very clean which is very nice to see! The continental breakfast was really good with very nice and good quality products! Very tasty 😋 Staff was really friendly and welcoming!!! They are very helpful and they will assist you in everything you may need! Many thanks to all the team!! 🌷🌷🌷

On arrival, staff were helpful and friendly. They supplied us with a map of the city. The entrance to the hotel is welcoming and modern, yet like stepping back in time, it is beautiful. The rooms were well designed and compact. We really enjoyed the bathroom too.

We had a slight issue with the air-con which took a little while to be resolved. Having said this, the team were apologetic and it was eventually dealt with accordingly. One other issue was the lack of iron in the hotel - this was a major one for us given that we don’t carry a travel iron and could be an area of improvement.

- please note that the economy room does not have a window, to the exterior of the building, just a small one above the entry door - also the room is a bit small

The hotel has a great location - it is close to many tourist attractions and the bus station. Moreover, the rooms are cosy and the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. In general, I really enjoyed my stay at this place and now I'm considering coming back one day.

I would like to suggest more vegan dishes to the breakfast menu in order to attract some more tourists (my sister is vegan and she was the inspiration here). But that is just my friendly suggestion ;)

The lobby, bedroom, and bathroom were all decorated so beautifully. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned and we were provided with fresh towels every day. The location was perfect for us.

The rooms aren’t very soundproof, you can hear a lot going on. Also our room was quite small, the lovely big bed took up most of the space so you had to squeeze around it to get to the bathroom.

The new bathroom fittings were amazing, in particular the shower. The bed was huge and comfy and the AC worked really well, which was crucial in the 40-degree heat! The toiletries seemed high-quality and smelled great. The location was super near the bus station but also very walkable to the city centre. The decor was very lovely too.

Fans or AC in the stairs, hallways and lift would have been nice as they were quite narrow and warm.

Very nice hotel, cosy, clean and in perfect location. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are big and spacious. Bathroom as well and have everything you can ask for. Breakfast is fresh, delicious and everyone can choose sth for themselves. It was an exception stay in Granada.

The gym is almost not equipped. That's the only problem if someone looking for a hotel where can continue working out
