I really liked the location, it's close to the most visited monuments, I spent four nights in the hotel and everything was great. I walked every day to see all the postcards I wanted to see. As it was very hot, I was able to enjoy the swimming pool. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. The train station is also not far away and you can get there in less than 10 minutes by taxi. The price is fair, I didn't eat breakfast because I like to explore the local food. I recommend it to everyone!

loved the access to the roof top pool and bar, and the hotel itself is very pretty and quite unique. There is some building work in progress immediately outside the hotel which we weren’t aware of, we didn’t hear anything and it didn’t affect our stay other than the initial impact of seeing the hotel for the first time

because the hotel is an old building, the room we were allocated was particularly dark, with only one very small window looking out over the courtyard . For a 4* hotel i think it would benefit from the pool and bar being staffed continuously when guests are up there rather than having to ring a bell for service

Hotel made me feel very relaxed and I loved the interior design, the room was lovely and spacious. The reception staff were really helpful and made us feel really welcome. Rooftop pool is a really nice place to cool off in the afternoon. Shower great and beds super comfy. Breakfast is also really lovely, excellent coffee and good selection. I loved sitting In the courtyard each morning. The hotel is about less than a ten minute walk from the cathedral and alcazar which I really liked.

Once you enter the hotel you are transformed to another place. The hotel has a very authentic feel to it, feels like you were in rural Spain in an amazing old, very well kept villa. The roof with the pool is very peaceful, the food simply delicious and beautifully presented, I recommend trying the cold soups (amazing in the heat). Rooms feel nice and cool and just like the rest of the place have a very tasteful interiors with a vase of fresh flowers! Lovely courtyards if you want to work, eat or chill. Staff very polite and respectful. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay again.

I loved the staff, so friendly and helpful. I loved the character, the patio, the comfortable beds, the location and the private parking option.

The positives far outweigh the negatives. if we are in Seville, we would definitely stay there again. We did not use the restaurant, but we did want to have a drink on two occasions. First was up at the rooftop, there was no staff and we did not feel comfortable ringing for service just for us. Maybe an honesty bar for the times there is no service up there. Second time we wanted a glass of wine in the patio and there were people smoking, which turned us off. The patio may be considered somewhat outside, but it does not feel that way. I don’t have a problem with smokers, but in this day and age I expect hotels to be non-smoking unless you have a proper outside terrace or garden.

We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant but the dinning area looked very inviting and up market. Our room was huge, it was myself and two teenage daughters so we needed space and we were not disappointed. We had everything we needed and more. The hotel staff were considerate and helpful. The pool was bigger enough to have a gentle swim and the sun loungers and sitting area on the roof was comfortable, clean and very well maintained. We ate by the pool one afternoon and it was very good Tapa. It was our first holiday in a few years and it really was a beautiful hotel to stay in. We are definitely going back...

The pool area only opens at 10 am.. we would have liked to have early morning swims and also it is so lovely on the roof and it closed at 8pm... too soon in our opinion, I would have stayed up there until dark and had an evening drink...

The rooms were amazing, location fantastic and staff second to none. Nothing was too much trouble, often running from ground floor restaurant to rooftop pool bar just to accommodate you. The pool was a godsend in 37 degree heat and the courtyards were nice and shaded. The food and cocktails were great as well but it’s the staff that really make this hotel exceptional (especially when we witnessed them having to deal with overly demanding and rude guests multiple times during our stay)! We were treated to early check in & our bags were taken to our room whilst we enjoyed a welcome drink, our rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean, the pool area was small but perfect and our luggage was stored for us while we explored on our final day & we were allowed to use the lounge and courtyards to relax for a few hours before our airport transfer.

The breakfast waiter Alfonso and his wonderful colleague with glasses and a smile (can't remember name) were super friendly and the service, although to some British people it might have appeared slow, was perfectly in tune with the environment in the centre of Seville in August (hot and sleepy, or chilled out)

The fact that a complaint I made about two girls who took my place at the pool and appeared to be English backpackers having a good time in a four star hotel where there is no pool security (not even a lifeguard but hey the pool is probably too small to require one) was denied vociferously by everyone.

Beautiful characterful building in a pretty square near the old town, which immediately put us in the right headspace for an impromptu weekend in Seville. Not to mention the friendly staff, fab pool area, and comfortable beds. Would highly recommend!

Although we were very grateful for an upgrade, the room was situated on the ground floor internal courtyard which was a little noisy at times and lacked privacy or natural light.

Beautiful boutique hotel within walking distance of all the main tourist areas. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and dinner at the hotel were wonderful. The roof top pool was a lovely way to spend a couple of hours on a hot afternoon after visiting some tourist sites.

Everything was wonderful.
