The apartment was quite big and it was as shown, it had everything we needed. Very big comfortable bed. No major noises as it's located in an alley and away from the main roads. It had a lift. Although there is no direct contact with staff all info was clear and easy to follow. The location was good close to some important sightseeing and about 15 minutes to the centre! Google maps made it confusing to reach at times as there are a lot of narrow alleys.

Trying to reach it as navigating in Seville is confusing in my opinion but that's not the building fault

Location. A 10 to 15 minute walk takes you to the buzz of the city centre. In contrast the streets surrounding the flat are quiet and peaceful. There’s a plaza at the bottom of Calle Imperial (plaza San Leandro) where you can sit and relax. The flat was clean and had all the necessary cups, pans etc. The internet connection was good.

Living room was too dark. The lighting on the ceiling was too weak. The lock on the entrance door was tricky to open.

Checking in at 16.00 is a bit too late . Room was not ready so we had to wait outside the property for about 20mins more .Luggage storage would have been great if you arrive early and want to explore the city until check in time. Apart from that the apartment was great and we had a good stay

It is a very nice apartment everything you need,beds very comfortable, good shower. walk 25 minutes and your at the cathedral, seville is a very beautiful city all the sites are within walking distance

A city map in the apartment would have been very helpful.

Location is crucial for this one, also enough room for the stuff, blankets and storage room. Kitchen is proper equipped for breakfast quick dinner, and that's good to go.

We didn't like the smell of sewage that immediately greeted us upon arrival in the apartment, you don't want to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room because it is the most similar to a medieval torture device.

Airy and spacious apartment, included a well equipped kitchen area, private outside space, and superb soundproofing to ensure a good night's sleep. Plus a huge comfortable bed and the smoothest sheets Enjoyed the Room service (via Q code and a man on a moped!) - top quality burgers. Live chat worked well when I struggled to book in. A professional company .

The website could be easier to navigate, a little too much self-praise and "concept".. Strange not to see any staff, but the booking in and instructions on how to get into the property were as smooth as possible , given that I am not tech savvy.

The apartment was clean and in a good location in the historic part of the city

Small issues - 1) water dripping from the AC ( had placed a bucket underneath to avoid flooding the room. 2) The microwave roller stand needs replacement 3) Parking is a big issue

The apartment is located in the old town, in the center of events. Close to shops, bakeries, cafes. Kudos to the communication and speed of response to our request. As soon as they cleaned the apartment, they allowed us to check in earlier. Praise!

It met our needs and was near everything we wanted to see and in a quiet location. We didn't cook but it had good equipment for a holiday.
