The room, in the corner of the building, had great light and a nice street view with a small balcony. The street below had a bit of traffic, including busses and garbage trucks, but the sound insulation of the windows was good. The bed was wide and comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly, keeping us warm while it was chilly outside. The bathtub was a nice thing to have, and the water pressure was strong. The location was wonderful, as we were able to visit the city for several days by walking everywhere, even with a baby stroller. Nearby there is a brunch place and a tapas restaurant, both very nice.

The key cards (both) stopped working halfway through the stay. The internet access also stopped working and we had to request a new login. Both of these issues were quickly resolved by the staff. The internet access was a bit limited - after connecting two smartphones, the connection from a computer was denied stating too many sessions of the same user. The hotel offers some parking spots in a nearby garage, but the availability of spots is limited, and the price is higher than another location which is even nearer (Parking José Laguillo, we paid 85€ for 5 days).

The room was lovely and clean with very comfortable beds. Aircon was a dream considering I visited during 40 degree heat! The bathroom facilities were perfect, having a fridge in the room was also helpful. I did not have breakfast but the location of the hotel is very close to a supermarket and many places to eat. Short 10 minute walk to the Setas and 15 to the city centre meant it was the perfect location. The coffee machine was a really nice touch as I was able to start each day with an espresso in bed :) The pool on the 3rd floor wasn't big but was perfect for dipping in and out in the hot sun and always seemed very clean.

Not even a real complaint as I didn't spend much time in the room as I wanted to explore the city - but the road outside was quite noisy with building work - not the hotels fault.

We stayed in a room at the top floor, next to the swimming pool, extending our stay every day. It was great we didn't have to change the room. Swimming pool was great. Very good location, close to the old town. Breakfast was simply ok.

The only clean place in the hotel is the reception. Floors are dirty, garbage in the elevator and corridors, tarraces. Floor in our room wasn't cleaned even when we asked for it. We got a small discount for the parking nearby, but it was still pricy.

The pool! Very few rooftop pools in Sevilla (little opportunities to cool down). The air con was great, the bathroom was light and airy and we even had a balcony. I loved how small and quaint the hotel was, it felt like we were the only ones there at times.

The pool wasn’t deep enough and there wasn’t enough shade for everyone when it got a little busier. But that’s really quite a small thing, I’d definitely stay here again.

Room was nice size and clean. Location is fantastic, very close to the centre, about 10 mins walk to Setas de Sevilla and also 10 mins walk to Santa Justa Station (10 mins bus ride to and from the Airport). Breakfast is adequate and the coffee is excellent (Nespresso Machine). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Big thank you specially to Lola for accommodating us earlier for breakfast on check out day.

As it is a converted 'old' house/building it can be noisy at certain times - do take earplugs if you are a light sleeper otherwise you'll be just fine. It is actually not too bad considering it's central location - other places in a location like this will probably be a noisy too.

I liked that fact that we could arrange our times for the pool due to Covid so it wasn't overcrowded. Great location, you can easily walk everywhere and nice and helpful staff. The room was spotless, thoroughly clean everyday and it has one of the best mattress I've ver had (and sooo big!! 😍)

I liked everything and just to say something, I think there was a problem with the elevator and it didn't work. I didn't know it on my way to the pool the first day but t didn't affect me anyway cause I was on the first floor though.

Indiana, the receptionist, was very helpful to us, especially when we needed help with the air conditioning and an early breakfast. She was very efficient and pleasant.

The breakfast could have been better with some more cooked food available, and everywhere in Spain, it seems , do not BOIL the water - tea and coffee is always tepid. Rooms are noisy despite good windows! Some complimentary water initially, at least , would have been a nice gesture.

*Staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with information about the city. *Room was comfortable, clean and well equipped *Breakfast was very good with a good selection of: fruit. breads, rolls and croissants, meats & cheeses, plus an excellent coffee machine.

The swimmimg pool on the roof was not yet ready for use although the daytime temperatures were in excess of 30 Celcius!!

Nice place. Quiet location but easy access to restaurants, attractions and train station by foot. Climate control and air circulation in the room was good was is something you cannot always take for granted. Towels were excellent.

Seems the room could have more room to lay out 2 suitcases for unpacking. But we made it work.

lovely hotel, well located, approx 20 mins to the historical centre so we could walk everywhere in Seville. the breakfast was very tasty, the bedroom rather small but otherwise comfortable. the pool as other mentioned is definitely small but still super nice to relax in after a long day exploring the city under the sun.

the bedroom was not very clean, dust here and there and someone’s old sock on the top shelf of the wardrobe. most of the sun chairs at the swimming pool were broken
