This is a really nice hotel on the edge of Seville City and for us it was ideal to walk into the main centre and also access the sights. Check in was very simple and the gentleman that greeted us was very friendly and helpful. The reception area and adjacent lounge area was clean and very pleasant. Our room (204) was on the first floor and looked out onto a fairly busy road but with the Juliet balcony doors closed it was quiet. The room was basic, but had everything that we needed. We were aware that they didn't supply a kettle, so we had brought our own (we didn't want to pay one Euro for a cup of hotel coffee!). There were twin beds made into a very large double and it was very comfortable. The best bit was the bathroom which had an excellent large shower cubicle. The room had air conditioning and it worked fine during our stay. Nice and quiet. The room itself was clean and well maintained. This is not a four star hotel, but, as I say, for the price and location, was perfect for our needs, and would highly recommend.

Minor point. Kettle in the room would have been helpful.

Was a bit dubious after reading some reviews but I’m so glad we stuck with this hotel.. excellent location and very friendly staff.. Room was small but had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the Juliet balconies looking out onto the street. Loads of places to eat and drink around the area. No yea making facilities in the room but there was some available if needed at reception. Very easy to get to all the tourist areas on foot from the hotel. Will hopefully come back

The location is very good. The room was clean and modern The hotel is lovely generally from the outside to the corridors and the rooms are decorated very tastefully. The staff made an effort to help whenever we needed assistance. Staff speak English but we're also happy to engage in Spanish with me. Some places I have stayed at the staff will just switch to English straight away. There is coffee for a very small charge in reception. There is a very nice local cafe nearby too.

It was easy to get from the bus station San Sebastian (taxi 6 e) and to the airport (bus 32 and AE, 5,4 e). Walking distance to the cathedral, Las Setas, even El corte ingles. The hotel has a wonderful decorated patio with a library, sofa, armchairs etc. The people there are very kind and give information about anything you need. Nice place to stay for a few days when you are in Seville.

Maybe the shower cabin can be improved. And it was a bit embarassing as the window faced inside, inconvenient when opening it and see the other guests on the hallway. All in all, it's not a big deal to complain about. Thank you.

The location was very central and accessible to the various sight seeing spots, cafes, shopping and public transport. Easily walkable to other areas. Overall we liked the experience.

Since it was over 40 degrees, it may have been useful to have access to a communal fridge - where we could have placed our water, yogurt etc. A fridge in our room would have been even better.

The room met my expectations, it had everything I needed. The hotel was a perfect location.

Everything was perfect for me, and matched my expectations. The only criticism was that the air-conditioning leaked onto the floor every night, and the bed was not very comfortable.

Great location. Room was very clean and comfortable. Everything I needed. Friendly staff too.

On my booking details the facilities included a roof terrace which was unfortunately closed. This was a shame as weather was very hot and would have been a real bonus to have this outside space. Probably worth checking in advance if it is open.

Hotel is located very close to the main attractions of Seville and also in a short walking distance from Train Station St Justa. It is my second stay in a Hotel and I got exactly what I was expecting. It is worth money and the only think I could wish for is a breakfast but probably no facilities to offer this kind of service. Rooms are very clean and bed mattress are very comfortable so good night sleep. You will find a hairdryer in a room and iron or adaptors you can get in a reception. I like this hotel because location is good ,rooms are clean and after long day you can nicely rest in your bed. If you need you can leave you bags in a storage room before check in and after check out. I will recommend this Hotel to anyone who wish to stay in Seville.

Very comfortable room! The bed was excellent, comfy and provided and good sleep. Bathroom was spacious, very clean and functionable. Location, location, location! Perfectly located for people who like to walk, in 10 minutes you can be in the city center or at the train station. Supermarket, restaurants and cafes within a minute from the front door.

If I must complain it would be that the noise from the road outside the window. We were on the first floor and the noise was very evident. I have stayed on the second floor in a prior visit and the noise wasn't as evident.
