Customer service was excellent, the reception staff truly go above and beyond to be helpful. I emailed questions before our trip that were answered promptly and professionally. My daughter twisted her ankle pretty badly during our stay. They provided suggestions re the hospital, calling for information on our behalf and even sending bags of ice up to the room for her. The food was superb (we ate multiple meals there, breakfast choices of hot and cold food was excellent as well)

A hassle to access with a car but then again that is the case with that area in general. The green desk chair in our room was very worn and definitely needed to be replaced. Mold in the shower.

Centrally located, definitely good for us who wanted to be close to main attractions. The hotel was very cute and artsy. We like the historical area of the town it's located in.

The room is a little smaller than what you would normally expect in a hotel I suppose. It was comfortable enough. We went to the hotel's roof top bar, but food was not served that night as it was slow. The upside is that the staff were very accommodating. The streets around here are very narrow, so depending on the car service you get, they may or may not be able to drop you off by the hotel entrance. Just try to get more seasoned drivers who's familiar with the streets.

The hotel was centrally located to shopping and restaurants (a few minutes walk). We felt completely safe at all hours and there was non stop activity until late at night- we ate tapas at 11pm a couple of nights and the restaurants were still full of people. It's a wonderful and lively area. The breakfasts at the hotel were amazing- I rate their quality and quantity of the food as a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. Beautiful roof top for a romantic dinner or evening cocktail.

If I had to say something that could be improved on it would be that the bath towels were a scratchy but they were impeccably white and clean so I'll take the scratchy bath towels any day.

We had an exceptionally good stay here. The hotel is well located near the centre and the Cathedral/Giralda area. We had many facilities, restaurants and shops in the area. Whether to walk around or go visit, we got everywhere very easily. The 'à la carte' Breakfast was great; nice combo's and a lot of variation. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is open till 1 am, so we could enjoy a nice cocktail before heading to bed. This was one of the best hotels I have been to in recent times & I really recommend it.

I loved the Superior Room, the food is high standard also at breakfast and the staff at reception is approachable, attentive and quick to act should you flag any issue. The hotel also benefits from stylish interiors that echo the local cultural heritage, resulting in a particularly pleasant experience, and they make a superb use of ambience perfumery. The location is just perfect, in the heart of the historical centre and yet tucked away in a quiet street. Literally every attraction and/or restaurant we visited was within 10 to 15min walk max.

Noise insulation could be better. Following a typical Sevillan architecture, this hotel also has an internal patio where the restaurant is and the brakfast is served. This can be noisy and, when that happens, the noise travels through the rooms' doors on the ground floor (we initially stayed in Room 2 and decided to change). Room 22 - a superior room on the second floor, beautifully decorated - is directly below the roof terrace and next to the service staircase: both can generate noise in case of private events, so you may want to double check this with reception, as they will know if something's booked.

The hotel is located very close to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar, the principal tourist sites. We were pleased to have a fridge in the room but a waste paper basket would have been an improvement. The small bin in the bathroom was not practical for the whole room. The welcome drink for visitors in the bar was an excellent introduction to the tapas menu. It was much appreciated.

All the staff are very pleasant but communication can be difficult. It would be much more comfortable to eat breakfast from a buffet without waitress service. Orders are frequently not understood, misheard, etc. and go astray.

The attached building next door is undergoing a huge refurbishment and the (very loud) banging, drilling and general noise started at 7:30 every morning and lasted on and off all day and seemed particularly loud in our side of the building - not the Palacio Pinello fault but be aware for 2023

Laura was the star of the show! This hotel is sweetly tucked away in Seville. We had a rough trip and Laura was a doll who guided to the best of her ability. Take my advice and listen to Laura. Park in the garage and don't try to drive to the hotel. On arrival she was concerned and relieved that we made it safely at 10pm. . She texted and called to check on us. The room was absolutely beautiful. A little on the small side but comfortable with an amazing bathroom. The tub was to die for. The view was amazing. Tiny alley and church steeple, like my hometown of Charleston, SC. We felt perfectly at home. So happy we made this decision to stay. Thank you Laura for your kindness.

We liked everything apart from the catering staff. The reception staff were very warm and helpful. They aways made us feel important and welcome. On the first night we arrived a reception staff member even wrote out her person favourite spots to eat Tapas. It was a nice touch.

The catering staff at breakfast was the only disappointment. Particularly the lady who came from the bar area. They didn't make any extra effort to make us feel served and or valued. No 'how are you this morning'. Or 'whats your plans today'?. Or what have you seen so far? We understand that speaking English could be difficult but this was really disappointing and left us feeling we would never return.

We were greeted by friendly staff and were provided with good recommendations for restaurants. We were checked into our room immediately even though we arrived very early in the morning. Breakfast was very nice and prepared to order. We ate dinner one evening in the restaurant as well. We found the restaurant staff to be attentive and friendly as well. The hotel is convenient to everything, even the Teatro de Flamenco show we attended.

Our room was off of the dining area and was noisy at times.
