The location was great. The rooms was spacious and comfortable, especially the bed. Room was serviced daily. The aircon worked very well. A temporary leak was fixed immediately. The price was very reasonable. It was charming, friendly, and convenient. Would stay again...

The common rooms were only open from 10-18.00 making getting a morning coffee difficult unless you went out to the streets. I understand it was to keep noise down and keep within reception hours but maybe a kettle in the room could be considered. A bar fridge would also be nice but these are minor details in the scheme of things.

The Location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the Cathedral and a short walk to the Jewish Quarter. The hotel is basic but very clean and well kept. I liked the idea of the security pin for the front door. The Coffee machine in the Foyer with free doughnuts was a nice touch. The Hotel sent very clear instructions on how to check in. Excellent experience.

Nothing, all was great. I could not fault this hotel, the location, the beds, the room. I suppose that if I were a bit older the stairs may have been a problem as they're quite steep but we managed no problem.

The location was ideal, just around the corner from the cathedral and all the restaurants, yet still quiet. The bathroom was nice and the room was simple but clean and decent.

The check in system with uploading passports, entering extensive details for every guest sharing room, requiring separate email verifications individually (including for the kids!?!) to complete on a stupid app... was a nightmare!!! We anyhow failed after trying 15min and they eventually sent entrance codes by message. So make sure to check in while reception still open. Hotel should just send the codes from the beginning when you book or morning of arrival. This was ridiculous and frustrating! Other new guests were also struggling along with us.

Despite being so close to the tourist attractions, inside the building was extremely quiet and we had the best night’s sleep. The beds were also very comfortable and the room had great shutters which meant in the morning there was no light leaking through.

The shower was quite small, and the bathroom door had glass panels which meant little privacy. There was also no elevator which meant accessing the higher floors with luggage was difficult.

Location was excellent.

For check in initially I used the browser version to scan our passports. My passport worked with no problems. However, my wife’s passport scanned ok but the browser app refused to accept her first name Lyn and insisted the first name must contain a vowel. When I tried calling the venue, I was either cut off or not answered. This did not help my blood pressure. Finally I loaded the mobile app and was able to complete the check in process. We also visited the office before check in time and office was not open.

Lots of hot water anytime of day - one small minus was that we could hear the extractor fan quite loudly from the room next door, which meant ours must have been just as loud! It would have been good to have the option of just a light.

Location was superb, reception was super helpful. Lovely idea to have tea and coffee available in the mornings in a separate room downstairs with pastries. Could some pots of UHT milk be provided, the milk there wasn't suitable for tea.

The perfume in the entrance was amazing and the air conditioning in the room also perfect 👍🏻. The Tv in room is smart and has Netflix subscription 🤩

There was no refrigerator or cool water in the room nor coffee table in the room, there were one coffee maker in the hole but no capsule and close at evenings.

Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable.

My room was located on the ground floor and during my whole stay, I wasn’t able to open the window as it was directly looking to the street. Reception is not available 24h, so if you needed something you had to contact them through whatsapp, I requested to book a taxi to airport, needed to reconfirm, texted them but no response.

The location of the accommodation is perfect. All attractions are a few minutes' walk away. The bed is very comfortable. The room is not too hot, the air conditioning is good. The cleaners kept it nice and clean every day.

The bathroom is small. There is no window. It smells stuffy. The room behind the reception is a bit noisy.

We stayed in a duplex which was very quaint and full of character. My daughter and I loved it. The best location in Barrio St Cruz with easy reach of main attractions and lots of bars and restaurants. Lovely lounge area if you wanted a tea or coffee which was very well stocked. We had a single bed downstairs and a double upstairs. Both were very comfy and we had a really good night's sleep. The shower room was fantastic

No negatives from us. The rustic feel isn't for everyone but we loved the style.
