Loved the location! This property was within walking distance to most of the major sites and so close to restaurants and bars.

The streets are tiny and parking garage looks nearly impossible to enter from the small streets so we opted to pay for parking a little ways away. Noise starts outside really early in the morning but as long as you close the bedroom doors you can't hear anything. I had to learn the hard way.

Location is unbeatable and so close to the old part but was really quiet (not always easy in Seville). Helpful staff, easy online checkin. Very clean. The 2 bed apartment was a good layout for 3 of us, would be for 4 also. Bed comfortable. In winter, good heating. Lockers for storage if you arrive early or need to leave them after checkout. Additional toiletries etc available in a cupboard in garage if you need them. Good kitchen and availability of utensils, oven, washing machine kettle, Nespresso machine … Generous with coffee pods, some snacks, and items such as olive oil available too.

Minor niggle and more for feedback, the shower seemed to take a while to get hot water, but good pressure and no loss of hot water or anything.

Our arrival in Sevilla was pretty early and we were glad to leave our luggages in the apartment so we could go around the city and have proper lunch. Additionally, we got a message that we could already check-in much earlier than 1500H. The location was perfect- close to everything we needed and wanted to go to! The size of the apartment was great for family and the two bedrooms and bathrooms were a plus point! We loved the freebies, it was a nice touch! Amenities were complete and we had an absolutely great stay in the apartment!

The only thing that was missing for us was the exhaust in the bathrooms.

The location couldn’t be better yet it’s on a quiet side street so not noisy at night. Our apt had a lovely patio to enjoy breakfast outside. The apartment couldn’t have been cleaner. The communication was great and we arrived to a selection of complimentary drinks and snacks which was very much appreciated. The apt was also very well stocked with all the essentials for a few days such as toiletries, coffee capsules, washing detergents etc. The beds were very comfortable and the WiFi was great.

It’s a perfect place to say. If I was trying to be critical the only thing I could say is that it’s a little clinical. It would benefit from a few more decorative pieces.

Getting to the apartment with my car was extremely challenging - the streets are extremely narrow. Parking in the garage was not fun - very tight space which required an excessive amount of "cuts" to get into the garage. There is a rut in the ramp in the garage to the lower level parking spaces that needs to be fixed. I was concerned that I would scratch my cars during the parking process.

Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment, very central located in walking distance from all of main sightseeing places in Sevilla. Fully digital check-in and check-out. Good value for the money. Parking possibility in the garage in the same house - but only for good drivers with small to max. medium cars, the streets leading to this accommodation are extremely narrow (1,8m) and turning in the garage is not that easy, however for us it was perfect.

We had 2 bedrooms - one with a comfortable big double bed and one in the front with 2 separate beds - these were a little bit narrow and not that comfortable although the bedroom was big enough. Overall a very good place to stay and discover the beautiful city of Sevilla.

It was the first property where I did not know the owners, but everything was perfect. I kept in touch with someone the whole time, I had an access code, including for parking. The property has private parking spaces right in the basement of the building, extremely convenient for Seville. We traveled by car and we have paid 20 euro a day in advance to secure a parking space. In Seville you will not need a car, but for the surroundings for sure. The location is centrally located, a few steps from the Cathedral of Seville, near the restaurants and has all the facilities you need. We had a large apartment and, although we were 2 people, we had two bathrooms. Parking is a bit expensive, but these are probably the prices in Seville. Fully equipped kitchen, including coffee, water, juice from the house. An extremely practical apartment in the center of Seville.

Nothing to complain about!

Our favorite stay so far in Spain! The unit was immaculate, bright, modern, and air conditioned. The beds were comfy and bedding was soft and of good quality. The central location was ideal, yet quiet. The kitchen was stylish, compact, but had all necessary amenities. They had drinks waiting for us in the refrigerator and some snacks as well. There were lockers available for us to use after our check out on our last day. The on-site superintendent was extremely helpful and friendly.

Everything was perfect. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

The apartment was in a fabulous location, a 5-minute walk to the Cathedral, Royal Alcázar, dozens of restaurants, etc. The living/dining space was huge, the beds were comfortable, and having a second bathroom was great. Check in/check out was easy.

The upholstered furniture in the living room could use a little spot cleaning. Also, maybe we missed this in the arrival information, but it would have been good to know that some taxi drivers will not take passengers all the way to the door on this small, restricted-access street.

Excellent communication with host, mainly remote by digital means; exceptionally clean and comfortable and everything worked. Tea and coffee facilities in room; quiet and peaceful as well as the neighbourhood which was safe, quiet and a very short walk from the main sights. Lovely cheerful rooftop patio with loungers and a view of the church bell tower.

Nothing really! we were on the ground floor so it felt a little "closed in" (in the backstreets and we looked onto a small formal internal courtyard) but as soon as we discovered the rooftop that changed everything.
