Ideal location for onward travel by bus to Cordoba. We arrived in a late flight and checking in at 01.30 was no problem .We were given an upgraded room at no extra cost. The staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful The breakfast was delicious and very good value for money

The hotel feels like a boutique experience without dipping too far into the wallet. The whole building is very modern, clean and bright. I booked a standard room as a solo traveler and got a very nice, airy and bright one looking into the inner courtyard. This was quite ok with me, as I prefer being tucked away from noise and as you know solo guests usually get the broom closet so this was a nice surprise. The location is very good, a little out of the touristy center but it is just a step away from the central bus station that will take you to the airport. You will be very thankful for this non-distance if you need to get up at an ungodly hour to catch your flight. In any case, it is a short walk away from the downtown sights and surrounded by great non-touristy restaurants and one of the best brunch cafes in town. Staff were super helpful and pleasant.

This is rather nitpicky but there were times where the bathroom smelled a little funky, I'm guessing from the pipes. In any case, same thing happens to my fridge sometimes so I'm not too bothered.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, they were always of great assistance with places to visit and bookings, how to get there walking or taxi. Nice room and lovely sun terrace on 3rd floor. Very comfortable bed. The Reception staff were great. Very handy for Bus Station as we arrived via Faro airport in Portugal from UK and great location for Red Bus stop, many sights in Sevilla and bridges over the river to Triana.

Kettle leaked and no place to use it near a plug socket except on the tiled floor, made having hot drinks awkward. Too high shelf in wardrobe were the safe was located needed a stool to see inside in case you left anything. Lacking in plug sockets for phone/I pad charging and kettle, no shelf to put yours and hers toiletries in the bathroom alongside washbasin but OK.

Awesome property! A gem, an absolute gem. Beautiful building. Gorgeous tile work. Immaculate, large rooms with lots of storage; spotless, renovated bathrooms with lots of water pressure; great bed and linens. Wonderful large windows. An incredibly warm and helpful staff who make you feel welcome. They helped us navigate the city, to buy tickets to major monuments (they can book them for you right at the hotel at cost), determine where to eat, etc… Really great folks, one and all! Though we didn’t partake of the optional breakfast, it is available too on the premises. Plus they host a sweet happy hour at 7 pm each night. (Plus there is a small bodega next door with wonderful local tapas, including breakfast goodies, and the absolute best cortado!)

THE LADIES AT RECEPTION WERE EXTREMELY NICE AND HELPFUL, THE BREAKFAST EXCELLENT, ESPECIALLY APPRECIATED THE FRESH ORANGE JUCE, THE ROOM VERY GOOD AND QUIET WITH ACCES TO THE TERRACE UPSTAIRS. WE WOULD DEFINITELY LIKE TO COME BACK ONE DAY...

UNFORTUNATELY THE MANAGEMENT DECIDED TO DO INDOORS IMPROVEMENT WORKS EXACTLY THE DAY AFTER OUR ARRIVAL, THAT STARTED AT 8AM WITH BANGING OUTSIDE OUR DOOR !! THEN DURING BREAKFAST HOURS THE SAME DAY WE HAD TO SIT AND EAT IN STRONG PAINT SMELL, ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. THE FOLLOWING MORNING THERE WAS PLUMBING WORK BEING DONE WHICH MEANT NO HOT WATER IN OUR BATHROOM- WISH WE WERE WARNED. FORTUNATELY, SUNNY SEVILLE AND THE NICE RECEPTION LADIES MADE UP FOR THIS.

We had a lovely stay at Uma Suites in Sevilla. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. They are there for you 24/7. The rooms we had were big and clean. The soaps in the bathroom were from good quality. Shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/body lotion/hand soap :) We even had a qute balcony. The breakfast was small but good. The city highlights were close enought to walk. For example the cathedral or Alcazar palace was a 15 minute walk. Thank you Maria and Patricia from the reception. We have felt very welcome. It was nice talking to you.

It depends if you are a light sleeper. But the hallway and the outside area (from the balcony) is quite hollow so you can hear people talking or walking. And the elevator if you have a room next to it. But besides that I would reccomand this hotel for your stay in Sevilla.

The hotel was nicer than I expected actually. It's very nicely designed, it feels like a boutique chain, modern but unique. Everything was spotless and updated. My room was wonderfully quiet. They offer bikes, a welcome drink, a happy hour. It's really lovely! Good location for the bus station and an easy walk to loads of restaurants and shopping.

I don't like that they have you leave your key with reception when you leave the hotel. This is only the third place I've ever had to do this, the others being in Medellin Columbia and in the Galapagos. Why? Does the hotel not trust guests with the key? I don't like them knowing every time I come and go, and having to buzz me in every time, sometimes needing to wait for the key. It's awkward and inconvenient.

Lovely staff, professional, very friendly and extremely helpful. Spacious room. Easy walking distance to main tourist attractions. Cleaning ladies were especially lovely.

Shower was difficult to use as it cycled through cold to burning hot every few seconds. Showering was not an easy or pleasant experience. Some road noise early mornings from the multi-lane main road at the front of the hotel. This is the counter side of the good location. Balcony was a small standing space, not suitable for sitting and relaxing, however there is a rooftop space designed for this purpose.

We absolutely loved our stay at Uma suites! We felt at home right away thanks to the warm welcome by Maria. During our stay we also had the pleasure of meeting David and Inma! The lovely team working at the hotel really makes the difference. They are charming, helpful and gracious. The apartment was gorgeous with a great view of the city. The bathroom and shower were excellent! The location was extremely convenient, ideal for exploring the wonderful Seville. We can't wait to return soon!
