The location is perfect; the hotel in the heart of the "old" city and at a walkable distance from all the monuments and places worth visiting in Sevilla. Also, right in front of it, there is a taxi station in case you need that. The rooms were super clean and the shower is really good.

The room was smaller than expected. For a double room, I was thinking it will be bigger but I'm pretty sure that they have big rooms as well in case you want that (you just need to pay more). Also, the system in the safe is something I have never seen before as you need to use your bank card to lock/unlock it.

Great location, super comfortable bed and facilities. The room was small and had no natural light, but for me it was perfect. I only stayed for one night and really needed that one good night sleep - having a dark, cool room was amazing. The room had a great shower, and all other stuff was also of very high quality. Reception staff were great. Good breakfast too!

It was perfect for my needs. If you staying for a few days you may want a bigger room with windows not facing a wall (they might have them in this hotel, I booked a single occupancy room which was quite small)

Great hotel and staff! We had a family room for 4 of us that included bunk beds and a queen bed. Location was great and within walking distance to all the major attractions. The hotel staff was kind to arrange a taxi to the ariport for an early departure. Across the street was a small store that was great for snacks and water. Overall really happy with our stay and a bargain at the price we got.

Only small inconvenience was the queen bed is made up of two single beds pushed together that come apart easily. Not a big deal

Very cozy hotel in the heart of Seville! Easy to locate when jumping off the airport bus and also a very beautiful building itself. The reception people were super nice & friendly throughout the entire stay, helped with everything we needed, printed our return tickets for free and always greeted us with a smile! Everything we needed was in the room as well - from dental kit to hair drier. I also recommend the breakfast - multiple options to choose from, tasty, nice & cozy breakfast room. We didn’t have it included but we ended up adding it for almost every day of our stay.

Nothing major but worth mentioning - since we didn’t have breakfast included, we asked for it at the reception and we were told it was something like €10.2/person. On our departure, we stopped at the reception to pay for it and the total they calculated proved to be something like €12+/person. When I tried clarifying, they immediately recalculated and went with the initial sum. But no other clarifications were provided - so I am not sure what the breakfast price was (if the initial sum was the correct one or if they were nice enough to make a discount and just go with it). However, they were very prompt about fixing this so we really appreciated.

The hotel of good utility - convenient, in the center, rooms are functional and clean, there is option with breakfast. The breakfast is in a small room, but overall you have what you need: cheeses, salami, omelette, bacon, yoghurt, fruits. Pastries were not fresh. Overall good and convenient. Personnel of the hotel is very nice, helpful, and accommodating - they kindly gave us a kettle and tea to use in the room when we asked, gave us covid masks to use in the airport etc, prepared a takeaway breakfast for us when we were leaving early etc. Thank you!

The room plan was a bit odd with sink being in the middle of the room in the corridor instead of a bathroom. Rooms could be a bit bigger. Pastries for breakfast were not fresh.

The location is perfect; close to pretty much every attraction in Sevilla and most importantly only 7min away from Plaza des Armas where you can get a bus to many directions including the airport. The staff are kind and helpful. They offered me a city map and helped me to define my way around the city.

The breakfast was on point but I would've preferred to have some tea. And it would be good to have slippers in the bathroom.

The saff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Hotel spotless , comfortable bed. Air conditioning was excellent. The shower 🚿 was excellent. Toiletries in the bathroom, great hair dryer. Ideal hotel for few days of sightseeing with friends or singles. The breakfast is all that you need to start the day of sightseeing. I would definitely be coming back Petit Palace Canalejas Sevilla.

There was nothing I did not like.

All the staff were super friendly, the room was clean, shower great, and there was daily room service. The breakfast was pretty much the same every day, but nice, nonetheless. Nice Jamon and tortillas! The location was fantastic, close to everything you'd want to see.

The room was constantly injected (through the air vents, I imagine) with some flowery air refresher, which hit you every time you entered the room. No big deal, you get used to it quickly, I just don't like artificial smells.

The beds were very comfortable, the family room was very spacious with two large bunk beds, and they hotel provided safety rails for them as well. The bathroom was large and the shower was probably the best shower I’ve ever had. The balcony was also large and had a great view of the rooftops of Sevilla as well. The location was also very convenient. The receptionist Elena was also very helpful and friendly.

For some reason the bathroom was always wet…..and the patio door leaked a little when it rained. ….

Great location, walking distance to the historical center and all the main attractions. I had a small room but it had everything and was very clean. Excellent shower. Really good breakfast with lots of variety. Friendly and helpful staff. I could leave my luggage on the last day and pick it up later in the day before my flight. Very good connection to the airport since the EA bus is 5min walk from the hotel.

Other guests may be noisy at night; bring earplugs if you can.
