- Room was stunning and bathroom is amazing and hygienic too. - The beds and pillows are comfortable. - Staff is so friendly and helped us with every question we had! They gave us recommendations what to visit in the city and which restaurants to go to. - Location is perfect; it’s a 5 minutes walk to the bus station that goes to the airport. It’s a 10-15 minutes walk to the city to Real Alcazar where a lot of monuments are. - Breakfast is definitely worth it! They had a lot of variation and a daily special. - The pool is nice and well-maintained. Next to the pool there’s a rooftop terrace with a bar where you can order some drinks and food. Drinks and food are affordable and delicious. - There’s a possibility to loan towels to use at the pool. There’s a deposit of 10€/towel that you get back whenever you bring the towel back to the reception. - For the women out here: there’s a vanity which is perfect to get ready! - The air conditioning works perfectly; it was between 35-40 degrees Celcius in Sevilla and the room was always cool. - Bonus: the room is equiped with a speaker system in the room and bathroom which you can connect to your phone via Bluetooth

- The only thing that bothered us is that we got a room with 2 single beds shoved together with 2 seperate blankets while we booked a room with a double bed. For the rest, there is nothing negative to say! We enjoyed our stay here.

Spent several days for business travel. I would revisit, and recommend for personal trip also. Location: It is located near the Plaza de Spain. It took approx. 10 minutes from the airport via the taxi. Staff: All of reception staffs are kind and professional. Dining, facility management, housekeeping and door guard staff are also. Facility: The hotel has a gym and swimming pool with bar for drinks. Gym is quite small but it has good equipment. Swimming pool is located top floor and has great view. Car parking is located underground. Parking is good and parking spot has enough space for each vehicle. Dining: Personally I fully satisfied with the breakfast. Dining/Cafe at 1st floor is also nice. Staffs are professional and kind. Room: I stayed at the room with two single beds. I totally satisfied with the room condition. Housekeeping is pretty good.

The only thing I disappointed was the shower. Overhead showerhead has enough water pressure. However, another showerhead connected to the hose has really weak pressure. I could not use it during my stay. I think this can be easily fixed though. This does not affect my stay a lot but wanted to make a note here.

The hotel is on the edge of the old city and benefits from being easy to find with great onsite parking. The views from most rooms are not exciting as the hotel is mostly surrounded by other high rise buildings but It is only a short walk to the Plaza d'Espana. and a bit further to the great sights of Seville. We had 3 days exploring the wonders of Seville, the open top tour, hop on/hop off bus was a great starting point to get a feel of the city. Reception helped to book the cathedral and Alcazar. The breakfast is amazing, the dinner was okay without being exciting. We found no great restaurants within easy walking distance but there are plenty in the old area. There is an excellent tapas bar nearby with outside and inside seating. The staff are the stars of the show, they go the extra mile to ensure you stay is exceptional. Would we stay again? Yes if travelling by car but for a stay without a car we would consider a hotel with more character in the city centre .

It was a shame that the roof top pool was out of action but perfectly understandable at this time of year bearing in mind the heating cost. It may be the reason to choose the hotel during the hot summer season.

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with one of the biggest beds I've ever slept on. I was also impressed with the gym facilities, which were well-equipped and allowed me to stick to my fitness routine while on vacation. The breakfast offered at the hotel was another highlight of my stay. There was a wide variety of options available, ensuring that there was something for everyone to enjoy. I particularly appreciated the fresh fruit and healthy choices available.

Everything. Nicest hotel I’ve stayed at for a decent price. All members of staff that I interacted with were lovely. Give them a raise please💰! Room is incredible, huge and Bluetooth speakers in the walls are great. Bathroom super nice. Housekeeping were great! Safe & mini fridge in room. I was impressed with the amount of things you get in the bathroom (razor, tooth brush, toothpaste, comb etc.) Lovely rooftop pool & bar. Great service up there! Location is superb, walkable distance to everything (if you don’t mind walking in a bit of heat) but tram line 5 min away that is easy to navigate and very cheap incase you don’t feel like walking into the old town. Bar downstairs is great too (they should add more cocktails though). The staff working there again were great. Really impressed with this hotel & the staff definitely made the experience fantastic. Thanks a lot!

Breakfast was not worth the price. But we found that at all hotels in Spain. Charge $15 to 20 per person . Should be $10

The rooftop bar and pool were the best part of the hotel. The staff were always happy to help and recognised us throughout the week long stay and would be readily prepared with our regular drink orders (daiquiri defresa which were beautiful!) The reception staff were lovely and helpful. They helped us with any issue and we’re easily contacted by phone to relay requests to the different hotel staff (i.e. house keeping etc). They were also helpful in ordering taxis when we needed or having recommendations for places to go. The housekeeping came at great times and we’re flexible if we needed an extra half hour before leaving the room. Cleaning was impeccable and it was such a luxury having the leave of mind that we would be returning to the room looking brand new everyday. Location is great, short walk from the main tourist attractions. Lovely restaurants close by with a great atmosphere.

We only had one hiccup at the end of the stay when we were billed twice for breakfast. This was due to miscommunication within the reception staff and breakfast staff and was a slight inconvenience and stress to sort out. Also the beds were a little squeaky.

The hotel was spotless, very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were of a very high standard, and beds ok for comfort. All in all a very good hotel, just out of the city centre but reasonably close to public transport. The food was good but I would only go bed and breakfast not! Half board.

The only bad thing I can say is that when you go on a half board basis, for your evening meals you get a different menu to anyone who is paying for the meal and there are only a few options on this menu! I felt that it was unfair just because you’ve paid for the meals beforehand, why should you be different? The other thing is that booking.com states that the rooms have balconies which they do not, but that’s not the hotels fault.

Hotel in a quiet area. Spacious room (not a double bed but 2 singles together) with good aircon, bluetooth in room/bathroom, large window opens. Nice modern hotel, lovely lobby/bar/restaurant area. Friendly staff. One night I couldn't open my safe to get my laptop as I probably had made a mistake when setting the code. Reception immediately sent a very friendly person to solve the problem.

Not very clean (a clump of long black hairs on shower wall, crumbs on furniture, dust); In 4 nights I had only asked for 1 cleaning and the dirty floor didn't even get sweeped, all sandy and crumbly still. Incorrect and confusing communication about a bill between restaurant staff/reception and customer (me). Only 1 English channel (BBC World News) on TV. Can't hang the hand shower high up (WHY would you not provide that???), so there's only a rain shower with hardly any water pressure, very hard to rinse long hair, or rinse with one hand and hand showe, quite inconvenient. Must be designed by a man eh. Then the sound isolation in the rooms: well, almost nonexistant, really bad noise from next door and upstairs. And to close: bit of a trek to town/bus/tram.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The rooms are big, spacious, and modern. I loved the surround sound system you could connect your phone to. Huge TV, the curtains make the room black, so you can sleep well. The pool is glorious and the terrace is beautiful. The staff was also very kind and friendly throughout. The cleaners did a great job. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends (I already have!) Thank you for a lovely stay.

I wish that more pool loungers were available as many guests reserved them for hours on end, and this isn't really monitored by staff (even though there is a sign telling guests they can't reserve them - that doesn't stop people from doing so and no one is checking). That was the only disappointing thing, but that is more a fault of human nature. Aside from that, it was just wonderful.
