Lovely hotel with a great terrace area and really helpful staff. For a city hotel, the pool is not too small which was better than expected. Lovely calming music on the terrace and a great place to read a book. Air conditioning was great and very needed in August in Seville. Good value for money and great location, no noise issues at all. Rooms were great as well with lovely comfortable beds.

I did enquire about breakfast after booking, but didn't go for it in the end. It seems very expensive (16 EUR per person per day) which is a lot more expensive than buying breakfast nearby.

Hotel is located in a fairly residential area which means it quite at night, a supermarket and a selection of small cafes are all within a five minute walk. It stated in some other reviews you can walk into central Seville in 20/25 minutes..it takes a lot longer and can be uncomfortable in the very hot weather. My advice is use the tram which is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel and runs every 10 to 15 minutes.. it’s very reliable and there is a number of stops on the way into the city centre. The hotel itself is what you would expect from a 4* hotel, very clean and comfortable rooms which are well fitted out. Bathroom was a good size with shower and bath and large fluffy bath towels. There is a pool on the second floor which we used a number of times due to the very hot weather during our visit, also noticed a well fitted out gym which is also in the same area as the pool. We had dinner on the 2nd floor terrace on 3 nights of our stay and although the menu was limited the standard of the food was excellent although I thought the drinks were a little on the expensive side, staff service was very attentive and very friendly. Would I stay here again ? Simple answer is yes

The hotel was good, clean, and easy to reach. It is close to public transport and the tram service to city centre was great. It is only a few hundred metres from the hotel and goes directly to the city, close to all the major attractions. Room was clean and comfortable and daily servicing good. The restaurant menu, although not large, was good and the food we had of decent quality, very tasty. We found the hotel to be quiet and little noise was heard from other rooms or corridors.

Nothing about the hotel itself but very few restaurants situated nearby. You need to really go back into the city to find one.

We were given the biggest room on the 4th floor as to our delight we were chosen as Clients of the Day! The room &, in fact, the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. There are lots of little extras & the room was very comfortable. The staff were delightful. Lots of choice for breakfast, worth the cost if you eat big breakfasts. The hotel is extremely well situated. Will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Not really a criticism more a suggestion to those clients who don't eat a lot for breakfast, as if you don't, then the cost doesn't compensate, as if all you want is a coffee and a croissant then, it would definitely work out cheaper to breakfast in a local cafe.

Black-out curtains, extremely comfortable and clean bedding, pillows were terrific. We were able to turn off all the lights from the bed. There was a small but very effective reading light on each side of the bed, allowing one person to sleep while the other read. you could open the windows for fresh air and the air con was in working order, although we only used it once. There is a stocked fridge and coffee and tea making capabilities the room. Sustainable hygiene products, soap etc. Pool was cold, but it is common in Europe not to heat the water. Might be worth noting the average pool temps in Celsius/Fahrenheit so guests are aware. There is a handy grocery store around the corner in case you needed something.

the staff at the check in desk Pablo was very friendly, the service very good and attentive. the hotel in general was immaculate clean and very comfortable spacious room and I love the bed. the breakfast excellent and all the staff in the breakfast room very polite, helpful and nice. I’m very please to staying in this hotel. the location absolutely amazing. close to the plaza de España, and next to a amazing park. it’s also táxi every 2 minutes in front of the hotel. For 4 stars, this hotel should have 5*. have everything you need. Also to be located in a area with cars , it’s absolutely quite. I loved the fruit plate as part of the welcome . details make a enormous difference .

Great location, great room and great coffee.

The hotel is located close to the San Bernardo Station, where one can find metro (tram), bus, and also train station here. The area surrounding looks quiet and nice. There is a 2nd door inside the room to keep if any noise from corridor. The hotel room is spacious with bathtub, coffee machine etc. Unfortunately I arrive only in the evening and have to catch the train the second morning, I haven't time to check the facilities like fitness studio etc. But I see it somewhere opposite my room. In general I find the place excellent.

The hotel was in a good location for our needs. The beds were comfy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was a welcoming end to a long journey. We found free on street parking right outside the hotel with no problems and breakfast was very good quality with lots of choice. We were able to leave our luggage safely in reception after check out and we were even offered use of the pool after our check out. The hotel is big and has a lot of cool and peaceful areas to chill.

The bathroom could have been cleaner.
