Trendy feel to the property. Good breakfast. Loved the location right next to the football stadium. Staff very helpful. Handy car park below hotel. Bus stop right outside hotel which went directly into town. Shopping centre next door with outdoor kids play area.

Air conditioning issues in hotel: The air conditioning leaked water into our room the first night. This was quickly resolved. I asked to move room and we were very kindly given an upgrade. The second room’s air conditioning smelt very odd, like sewage. However, we didn’t want to ask to move again so switched it off over night.

Comfortable hotel close to metro station ( 2 stopa from the center ). Hotel next to Sewilla football stadium and shopping mall. Large garage underneath. Good and large swimming pool on the roof with a cosy bar with good drinks. Close to the bars around where you can grab a breakfast ( if you want always to feel the spanish atmosfere like we do - we eat outside ). Carrefour within 3mins walking distance.

Would be good to have more sunbeds at the swimmimg pool. There is a space to place it.

We needed a hotel that allowed us to have our two kids in the room and take our cat with us too. This was one of the few that allowed this. It’s an easy walk to the historical centre and monuments. The breakfast is really good and the staff are super helpful. The hotel is really clean too.

The rooftop bar and pool are really nice but a bit small and it gets too crowded with kids. But with a kids friendly hotel it’s what you would expect.

The room was clean and very comfortable, it was on the large side, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful, the location near the stadium was close to a mall and restaurants and about 20 minute walk to the city center

On the back of the hotel , probably not the hotel's fault, feels run down with graffiti on the walls and what look like people sleeping rough.

Location is a little bit off the centre, but reachable with the public transport. no noise from the street. the room itself was big enough, clean. there is a big lobby hall downstairs where you could relax waiting for your departure. people at the reception desk are also friendly and efficient

centralised air conditioning system was not really efficient, the air was stuffy and you cannot open the window

Very friendly and helpful staff, upon arrival our child was gifted an activity pack, in the room there was another small gift. Good location near the stadium (noise not obvious from the football match), close to the metro, easy train ride into town. Parking very convenient. Great breakfast options with soy milk & soy yogurt.

The bathroom was outdated and no power point available there. The pillows were uncomfortable.

Anabel the lady who attended us at the front desk was exceptional. She truly went above and beyond! She helped us cancel our reservation at another property, oriented us to metro area, called our taxi and was just simply a great all around person. The bed was heaven! The room, lobby, bathroom and simply all the areas of the property were spotless. I truly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect for our stay. Bus stops closed, easy to qalk around in downtown.

The schedule for the pool. Opens until 12, and Sevilla is hot now in the summer. Also there were no places around open to hace dinner, at the time that we arrived. We were expecting at least the bar open but closed too. For the rest is a good place to stay in Sevilla.
