Honestly, everything. Absolutely beautiful hotel from top to bottom. The hotel is situated in the heart of San Bernardo, which has incredible access to the city center. A 2/3 minute walk down the road, and you are at the tram, metro & bus station. You'd be in the city center in no time. Stunning interior, beautifully decorated, filled with incredible amenities and it was spotlessly clean, glistening even. The rooms are so spacious and well laid out. Gorgeous bathrooms that were fully stocked regularly with shampoos and things. Comfortable beds and warm linen and great in the heat. The housekeeping staff were incredible also and left the room immaculate for us. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and filled with an incredibly diverse menu to cater to every person's tastes. The pool area was the icing on the cake. Laying by the pool with the rooftop bar adjacent to us was absolute heaven as well! It's a gorgeous area that you could spend all day there in the heat. Finally, the staff. They were without a doubt the nicest staff I've encountered. Unbelievably helpful and friendly and always looking to help out in any way they could. It was even my birthday during my stay and they left a some cake with a birthday card on the table while we were out. Such a lovely gesture. I couldn't praise them enough.

Absolutely nothing.

I didn’t expect very much because of some others comments but I really surprised and enjoyed my stay at Sevilla Center as a woman traveling alone. It was 15 minutes away by foot from historical center so I was able to do a lot by foot. I asked for a room with a view and bathtub and that’s what I got :) The bed was really comfortable, the room and bathroom big and clean. There was a mini bar filled with water, juice and beer and it was all free. I really like the fact that my room (10th floor) was cleaned around 11 am so I wasn’t woke up by the cleaners early in the morning. There was a lot of beauty and hygiene product in the bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, comb, soap etc). The pool (although smaller than in pictures) was super nice during this hot weather, the personnel either at the reception or the bar were super nice as well. Food is great at the restaurant and at the rooftop. Breakfast was fine but a bit expensive Pool is open from 9 am to 8pm. I will definitely comeback ! Muchas gracias a todos !

I really liked my stay at this hotel but a few minor things : No brush for the toilets It’s not possible to access the gym after jacuzzi time is over because they are in the same spot :( Would be good to put parasols over the deck chair that are around and closer to the pool

Very clean and comfortable room. Location is good to walk to major sites. Loved having a tea kettle.

Pool was too cold to swim. Tub was a bit tricky to get into for older adults.

Very clean hotel, 10 mins walk to center, intended using pool but didn't get time, exceptional breakfast, great choices, definitely return when in Seville

Superb hotel staff excellent and friendly, location is perfect and the buffet breakfast was out of this world something for all tastes. Reception allowed us to check in early and offered us late check out to facilitate our evening flight home at no additional charge. Very comfortable rooms and the pool area is beautiful. I am planning a trip back to Seville soon and will be booking this hotel again for the extreme value for money and its 5 star staff.

Loved everything and could not fault any part of my stay at this amazing hotel.

The hotel was spacious and new. The interior design was quiet pleasant. I liked the bar in the 3rd floor and the swimming pool was nice but too small for the hotel capacity. Location was central and well connected but still you need to walk about 20 minutes to get to the city center / old town. There was a supermarket just in front of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was also helpful that you could book activities or visits directly at the reception. My only suggestion would be for the minibar to be included in the price of the room given the quality & price of the hotel.

The bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony exceptional. The service was very good.

Problems getting into my room. The key card didn’t work three times and had to return to front desk. Last time the fuse was blown in the room and repairman had to switch the box back on. At the restaurant wanted a manhattan cocktail which was was on the menu and was told to go downstairs only wine is served in the specular view restaurant. Went to the bar ground floor after dinner and was told cocktails are only served in the pool bar which was closed. The gym only had towels and no sanitizer spray nor wipes for the equipment, wireless didn’t work in the gym, no wall clock and the gym rules printed in very small white letters on light grey paper couldn’t read it.

Stayed at this hotel in September 2021 with my dad when we came over for the Betis v Celtic match as we are both Celtic supporters and the hotel was fantastic for us. The staff are always so happy to help you and treat you well. The location is absolutely perfect as it has easy access to almost everything and is relatively close to Santa Justa station . The Sevilla stadium is only a 10 minute walk too. I enjoyed my stay that much that I decided to book here again , this time with my girlfriend and she also loved it. The facilities are excellent, this time round due to time of year and it being colder the likes of the pool was closed of course but it still never disappointed overall however, I would definitely recommend visiting when it is hotter so you can get to use those amazing facilities on the 3rd floor such as the pool. Our room on this occasion gave us fantastic views of the city, we could see the towers at Plaza de España & the cathedral which made it extra nice. I cannot recomend this place enough and will definitely be back again in the near future . ¡Hasta pronto !

4-star service, facilities and room amenities for 3-star price, central location with easy access to local transportation, easy 15-minute walk to/from Santa Justa train station, very professional English-speaking front desk and bell staff, presence of door man/security personnel for safety, nice pool, pool deck, jacuzzi and sauna for a relaxing stay

The not-so-clear and confusing signs leading to the pool and jacuzzi areas, slippery floor and steps near the jacuzzi that can be a safety hazard

The breakfast was very good with a variety of cakes, breads, eggs and delicious fruit.

No kettle in the room.
