We arrived by train and did not want to lug stuff very far so the location was excellent. Front desk was generally friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and clean. We added a second night and were happy overall.

A bit of a walk to the city, but that is a trade off vs being near the station. One of the two front desk people we encountered did not know English (but was friendly and as helpful as possible). These are minor issues and we enjoyed the stay.

Nice clean big room. Very near train station which we liked very much. Fun walk into oldtown Toledo over old stone bridge - we really liked that. There are several small local restaurants very nearby that we enjoyed eating at.

The price was higher that what we would normally pay. We stayed over a weekend which was likely a contributing factor. Toledo is not a big place - so not as many places to choose from. One minor inconvenience was we got one of their attic rooms - which has a sloping ceiling that I kept bumping my head into. Nothing serious. We laughed a lot.

The rooms were clean and very spacious. We loved the little balcony. The location was the best for getting around and exploring Salamanca on foot. Free street parking was also an added bonus. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even when they were slammed with customers. You cannot find a better value for your money than here. We loved our stay so much, we added another night.

Furniture could’ve been a little softer and lighter, especially on hard tiled floors because every time we dragged our chairs out, they made incredibly loud noise. And we kept bumping into the sharp glass corners of the table. Other than that, it was great!

Very quiet. We were on the top floor, which I asked for, so didn't have a view, only a skylight which opened which was great. The room was lovely and warm without the heating on and had to open the window to sleep. There was a comfy sofa to sit on too. Bed very comfortable. The cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. The bathroom was well lit, fantastic shower over the bath. It was a perfect location too, opposite the train station. Bus stop outside to the old town but we walked to the escalators which take you up. The views on the walk were magical of the river and the Alcazar etc. We were also lucky in that we found a park in the free long stay carpark and our car was fine parked there for 5 nights. You can also park free outside the hotel if you're lucky enough to get a parking space. There's a few cafes, restaurants nearby. We liked the cafe at the train station for a coffee. It didn't bother us at all there was no food, drinks facilities at the hotel. All in all, a fantastic stay.

Nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect for us.

Convenience to train station and for bus stop up to town. Total silence. Very pretty, spacious room. Evening receptionist was delightful. Friendly pavement bar nearby - evenings only - plus small supermarket

The morning reception were less than accommodating when I had to beg to check out ten minutes late. I was late due to there being no place open to have as much as a coffee in the morning near the hotel - and the hotel does not even provide water. The cleaners were in no rush as the place was almost empty the night before - and such intransigence nearly put me off returning

Review of Hotel Princesa Galiana toledo Hotel. Sunday 25.12.22- Tuesday 27.12.22. Nice location. Room 206 with balcony. Comfortable room and bathroom. Beautiful tile and castle decor. No kettle facilities. Quiet and spacious. Friendly receptionist Silvia and Gulleimo. No breakfast chosen. Opposite the train station. All within walking distance to shopping in Old District by crossing a bridge. Cobble streets. Amazing views. Large stream running alongside Castle walls. Huge doors and narrow street homes. Souvenir shops. knife and sword memorabilia to commemorate history. Coffee spots in Toledo old town. Rodilla.

No kettle in room.

Perfect location if you are arriving by train from Madrid, right across the street from the station. 10 minutes walking from the Alcantara bridge from where yo can go up to the Zocodover Plaza via regular stairs or if you go a little darker to the right you will find mechanical stairs. The hotel room was clean and well supplied and the staff was nice and helpful.

The AC took for ever to kind of cool down the room, granted, we were there during summer but still.

Comfortable bed, clean, air conditioning, decent bathroom and shower for the size. Location is excellent for the train station and easy walk into the city. Friendly reception, easy check-in /out

Room had sloping roof so you had to be careful not to hit your head Unfortunately the restaurant was closed still, and local cafés were not open early enough for us to enjoy a morning coffee. We were warned of the closure in advance but it would have been nice to have a facility in the room

Good location if you want to be close to the railway station, this turned out to be very practical not to have to go with luggage into the historical part of town, which is around 15 minutes away on foot (uphill :) Nice and helpful staff. The room is pretty basic in terms of equipment, but spacious and very clean. We were in the low season, so both the hotel and the area seemed pretty quiet. There is a local bar a few minutes away where you can get breakfast.

The price was excellent. Location was good - across the road from train station and free parking two minutes walk away. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Heating is centrally controlled. Could have been warmer. No take away food allowed in the room - And a Chinese take away next door.
